In the first minute of the game between the Washington Wizards and the Houston Rockets at the Toyota Center last night the rim became bent. Dwight Howard tried to jump up and straighten it, but he could not. An entirely new basket had to be rolled in and wires installed. This caused the game to stop for 35 minutes.

For those of you who didn't watch the game, the commentators mentioned the game between the same teams last season at Washington when a leak in the ceiling caused two half-an-hour delays during the game.

I'm only 16, so I was wondering what are your guys memories of the weirdest moments in the NBA?

Honestly,"Malice at the Palace" was the weirdest moment of all time for me. I was a little boy(9 years old) and I started watching NBA at 8. My dad was glad, basketball courts are heaven compared to a lot of soccer stadiums and he liked the sport overall(he's a big fan of soccer as I am,but with almost 0% knowledge on bball).
Unfortunately he sat with me to watch that game...we were both mindblowned.
Man,it escalated so quickly that my brain couldn't even understand completely what I was witnessing.

Ahha the fact that I was also high watching that game didn't help my uncontrolled and wild laugh.
