Will retire as the best free throw shooter in NBA History (90.4%). Top 10 all time in 3pt%. 2x MVP. 4 trips to the Conference Finals. Countless clutch moments. The guy was tough as nails playing with a mest up back in the latter part of his career, broken noses in the playoffs etc..

And GO!

His teams offensive ranks since becoming a full time starter.

2001: 4th
02: 1st
03: 1st
04: 1st
05: 1st (Left Mavs to revive the Suns)
06: 2nd
07: 1st
08: 2nd
09: 2nd (the year Porter did everything he could to slow down the Suns)
10: 1st (Resurgent year)
11: 9th
12: 9th

In 2013 Nash joined the Lakers while Phoenix replaced Nash with Dragic and fell to 29th in Offensive RTG.

Most of those years his teams absolutely fell apart without him. Quite possibly one of the most influential offensive teammates in NBA history. So many players of all types of skillsets saw their efficiency decrease without Nash. Truly a rare offensive talent that genuinely makes most teammates better. I cant say I will miss watching him this year because it feels like its been a long time since we've seen vintage Nash.

Where does he rank among PG All Time. Top 10, Top 5 or Top 3? I can see top 10.

I remember him getting a assist by passing the ball thru a running Carlos Boozer's legs to the scorer. His play cost the Bulls the game. That magnificent son of ...

My favourite player of all time. Really wanted him to get a ring, he's going to go into that all-time greats that never won a ring list. :(

If this is it for Nash he will be the only MVP to never play a game in the nba finals

Nash is lock top 10. I don't know if I can put him in the 5th spot, since Magic,Stockton,Robertson,Zeke and Kidd are ahead of him imo,but he's a unique mastermind in the entire Nba's history.

The funny thing is he hasn't officially retired. Does he really think he can come back next season? Dude doesn't know when to quit.

Yeah I am assuming the lack of Stockton was just a moment of temporary insanity.

Glad I got to see him in his prime with the Suns, one of my all time favorite players to watch play.

Yeah, Stockton was clearly better than Nash lol

I have him, just outside the top 5 when it comes to PGs, putting Magic, Robertson, West, Stockton, and Kidd.

I used to love watching that Phoenix team just post 120 points per game like it was normal. It was fun watching Nash pierce through the so-called elite defenses, while having Amar'e (who was a monster at his peak), and Shawn Marion, as well as a bunch others. It's a shame they kinda got screwed over from winning a title during their run. He had a wonderful career, and soon Nash will be in the HOF

That's pretty much everyone but Kobe from that great 1996 draft (not sure if O'neal or Allen are gonna return).

He's not quite top 5

Magic
Oscar
West
Clyde
Zeke
Stockton

Then you can make a case for Nash

Another great player from the 2000's who I got the privilege to watch play. Best shooting point guard of all-time and top 15 overall point guard ever.

We won't see another player like him for a very long time I think.

One of the best pure shooters I've ever seen. Second best court vision I've seen since Magic. A joy to watch even when he was playing against my team. illest white boy since Larry Bird....

Yea I can't put him in top 5 because of his poor defense. To be top 5 you need to be able to play both sides of the ball.
