Worst is Atlantic.

Best is... probably Southwest or Pacific but the South East is going to be uber competitive now.

Southwest is stacked. Is it possible for every southwest team to make the playoffs?

I don't think there is any question about Southwest and Atlantic.

What about the 2nd best/worst?

I'm kind of a homer and I'm not looking at divisions right now, but Central looks pretty stacked. Pistons have looked better in so many ways this year under SVG. I mean, we lost 10+ games last year in which we had double digit leaves. I feel like that **** doesn't happen under SVG. I think there is a possibility that the Cavs, Bulls, Pacers, and Pistons make the playoffs, however tough or unlikely it might be.
