Evan Turner, he's looked very comfortable in Brad Stevens system so far this preseason.

Klay Thompson! He had a great off season with team USA and is driving to the hoop a lot more in the preseason. I think he will be better at passing, scoring in the lane, getting to the line, and maybe assists from drive and dishing. Add that to his great 3 and D game and I think he will be much improved.

As a nuggets fan, hoping Gallinari and McGee...

Would be nice to see Wade, Kobe, and Rose though.

Is javale going to be ready for the season opener?

My homer pick is Harden. I don't think his numbers will get significantly better this season, although I wouldn't be shocked if they saw a slight uptick based on his play in the World Cup and his preseason performance thus far. But I think you're going to see a guy who puts forth more effort on the defensive side of the ball and is part of superior overall team defense. And I expect he'll perform far better in the postseason.

My secondary homer picks are Jeff Adrien and Kostas Papanikolaou.

George Hill

George hill will be much more aggressive. He took such a backseat with Lance and PG on the team. Jeremy Lin is also another I feel may take another step in his game. Not Linsanity but a major improvement. He still never had the trust from a coach. I think this will be the first year that he will

Didn't Vonleh get injured? Do you know the status on that? I really like that kid as well.

Last I heard he was only going to miss the first couple weeks of the season. He really needs to work on his footwork in the low post and he gets himself into foul trouble but aside from that I really like his game. I'm hopeful for him.

Kobe Bryant, might have a chance to have a stat line of about 13/3/4 on 39%.

So much this but more so with Bosh... I've been saying it all off season!

No chance unless Byron Scott decides to bench the guy, which isn't happening. I am no lover of Kobe but at least recognize his talent. If he scores 13ppg it is because he continues on his assist kick that he went on the last season he actually played.

My pick is James Johnson. I think he has finally realized he needs to be a role player to stay in the league. His counting stats won't be amazing or anything but he will contribute to winning basketball by giving the Raps a physical defender they can use at the 3. No longer needing to rely solely on Ross who is really a SG to defend bigger 3s will be huge.

In terms of stats I am going to stick with the team I know best and say Lou Williams.

Alec Burks will make the all star team and force Harden off the bench. He'll put up the same point totals and efficiency, but will play defense as well.

Was just about to post this. He's talked about as a great 3 and D guy but just an elite role player. I think he takes the step this year to a true second option on a playoff team in the west.

Going with Chandler Parsons, think he will show he is well worth his contract and will be a huge part of the mavs success.

Homer pick goes to shump.

Chris Copeland, a big hole to fill with George and Stephenson out and Copeland's a really good scorer (if nothing else). I think he's an early favorite for MIP.

Klay Thompson will be a star in this era. the warriors have a special offense. i don't care if he's not the best facilitator or doesn't attack the basket that much. his defense on the wing is huge and his shooting is special.
