As someone who has watched Ingles play since his South Dragon days I'm excited to see what he does in the NBA. He can defend and shoot well. Even though it's unlikely I would love Doc to give him good mins. He can be a solid role player.

Lol, the dude put up crappy numbers in a much worse league. The guy probably won't even make the team for the clippers.

Poor man's Lamar Odom. Thing is ANY extra depth at SF is good considering that's the Clippers only weakness on paper. At PG/SG/C we have two players that started last year. CDR/Barnes/Ingles isn't great by any means but Ingles and CDR add much needed shooting and length and should be better than Dudley last year at least. Clippers don't need to be flawless. Already have arguably the best frontcourt and backcourt. The issue is purely SF+injuries. On paper this roster is less flawed than probably anyone.

Grizz took a look at him. Seems like whoever the grizz pursue the clippers also pursue

Yea if you don't get the reference don't worry

It looks like he was a back up in Europe. Color me not excited. I think the 15th man for the Clippers has to be a PG or someone(Ray Allen) who could at least pretend to be one. This guy sounds D-League bound.

Both went bankrupt, I get that. I suppose it was such a loose correlation that it went over my head a bit.

whose backup? There's no such thing as a starter and a backup in European basketball.

I pulled up his stats it said he played in 31 games and started 13. It would seem the players that start the games would be the starters

There's no such thing as a "starter" in European basketball. Most people don't even use a stat line for that.
