By this I think he should

I'll say no because I don't think a team takes him on unless its a sign and trade deal

Teams already came out and stated that they don't care and willing to play it out . Boston and Sac for example are willing to do it .

Sounded like he dissed the Lakers too when asked about possibly going there.

He said something like, 'Fans were chanting 'Lakers' but uhhh, I really wanna go to a place I can win'.

Hearing him say 'they' though, the way he said it really sounds like he's already on another team.

Seeing the Bulls and Knicks can't do a sign and trade in the draft because Melo has to opt in for that to happen I think the Bulls will make a push for Love next Thursday night just in case .

well that's a huge risk and if they are willing to take it good for them. If they don't get a extension he will leave at seasons end and go to LAL, no doubt in my mind

He doesn't want the Lakers that bad it's been overblown , plus if it works out he'll stay . If he ends up in Boston I don't see him leaving seeing that's one of the places he wanted to go to.

I would guess he is traded by the draft

Boston would be a good situation for him IMO, low pressure and they have opportunities to improve very quickly with cap flexibility and draft picks. I just think that LA will be very tempting for him by next season when his contract is up. One poster above said he wants to be in a situation where he can win, but by that time LA will probably have another star player or two to pair him with

Kobe will still be there on the books when Love opts out .

I'm offering Minny

Mirotic / Butler / Taj or Booz and both 1st rounders this year for Love and Brewer .

It's either the cavs or bulls that will get Love

I totally overlooked Cleveland. That would be a great fit for him. They can draft Embid or one of the two SF's and be instant threats in the east. Luckily a few of their key guys are still on rookie deals

He already said he doesn't want to go to Cleveland and the 1st pick would go to Minny in such a deal .

Three team deal. Minnesota, Cleavland, Philly.

Minnesota gets #3, #10, and some filler

Cleavland gets Kevin Love and Thad Young

Philly gets #1 and some filler.

It's probably nowhere near his top choice but he never said that. Different outlets reported it but this was his actual quote on the matter

Q: I saw this actual sentence on ESPN over the weekend: ďCleveland has interest in Love, but the feeling isnít mutual.Ē Did you see that and what do you make of reporting like that? How difficult is it not to pick up the phone and call your agent, or pick up your phone and tweet that itís BS?

Love: I try not to read it. A lot of it is brought to my attention through outside sources, sometimes twitter. But like most people, I need to be conscious of my image and try to roll with the punches. I know thatís a generic answer. I donít think the Cleveland [trade rumors] are outlandish at all. They have a great young foundation.

It's probably pointless to bring it up though since Cleveland won't deal the #1 pick for Love unless Gilbert demands it. The best offer Cleveland can probably provide is:

Dion Waiters
Anthony Bennett
Tristan Thompson
33rd pick in 2014 draft
Our 2015 1st unprotected
Our 2017 1st top 5(ish) protected
2015 Memphis 1st (Memphis' 1st round pick to Cleveland protected for selections 1-5 and 15-30 in 2015, 1-5 and 15-30 in 2016, 1-5 in 2017 or 1-5 in 2018 or unprotected in 2019)
2015 Heat 1st (Miami's 1st round pick to Cleveland protected for selections 1-10 in 2015 or 1-10 in 2016. Unprotected in 2017)

Philly's giving up the #3, #10 and Thad Young for the #1? A player they could very well get at the #3 as is? No chance of that happening.

Minny will probably come up nicely in the deal though, and yeah it will be done by/on draft night.

Philly wants Wiggins badly. No chance he's left at #3. They'll give up what they need to get him.

Teams don't seem to care , they been knowing love has a list for a month now . Any team that enters discussion plan on taking that gamble .

Denver may be in the game, but I really don't see him resigning there. Plus, it would be a team equivalent to what he had with the Wolves last year and still in the same tough conference. Giving Denver an outside 10% chance.

There is no deal without Thompson. In that case, the offer the Bulls are rumored to be making is much more lucrative.
