What kinda relationship does parsons have with Lebron where he's so confident in this? Or is it just a blatant guess?

Wouldn't surprise me. Staying in Miami wouldn't surprise me either, although they've shown some significant weaknesses in these finals. Granted the spurs are damn good, but the heat have looked bad.

WOuld be kind of funny if he left Mia after losing a finals the same way he did in CLE.

He's white. He's a Lebron hater.

Honestly though Parsons is just trying to win over some fans "He should go to Cleveland"... REALLY?

Does anyone else find it but strange that the media, the majority of PSD, and even players now all share the assumption that Lebron will leave MIA?

When Lebron first signed with MIA I always thought he would stay his entire career there but I guess I'm a bit naive. I simply can understand when it became just a common occurrence for the best player in the league to leave his teams and chase rings. It's not like Lebron isn't the ultimate franchise piece to a ring. He's the best freaking player in the world! There are tons of players who would certainly come to MIA to play with him.

If Lebron leaves I'll be disappointed, but not totally shocked this time around. I just don't see why he feels the need to leave two teams that he carried to the Finals. The Heat could easily retool and let's not forget they already have a pass to the Finals every year for the next 5 yrs I'm assuming. I just can't see him leaving this time.

Lebron will leave, its fairly obvious. Wade is no longer flash, and bosh doesnt compliment lebron very well as lebron can easily play the 4 himself.

Moving forward if he is weighing his options based on best chance of winning there are currently other teams that will fit lebron better imo.

Chandler Parson is a bit of an off-season guru. He was somehow the one to talking to Howard about coming to Houston and he hit on that one. If I was LeBron I might leave Miami. I'm not sure if he can win another ring there. That said I'm not sure where he can go that can really give him a much better situation. It makes sense for Laker fans to think they will get him. Whenever there is a situation like this the player goes to the Lakers. It won't shock me to see LeBron end up on the Lakers, it would surprise me. I'll have to eat a lot of crow if that happens lol.

Too bad parsons is not good enough for lebron to want to play with him. Chandler should keep his trap shut if he aint even a real difference maker

Soudns like more of a guess, which I guess is fine. Everyone can speculate. This is much better than Jared Dudley's "sources" a few years ago, claiming Lebron was definitely going to the Knicks lol.

He's speculating. And no one should be asking him that question in the first place, since he can be fined if he's not careful how he answers.

Just sounds like he was asked a question and he gave his opinion. Nothing in there made me think he knows something everyone else doesn't.

Also, what's with players/experts already writing the Heat off in this series? Parsons acted like the Heat already lost.

LeBron made it clear the last time he was a free agent: He wants to be in a position to win. Why would he treat this free agency period any differently? He has not ties to Miami. He got them two championships and got them to the finals every year. Cleveland was actually his home town (relatively speaking). He had family, and a HUGE following there; extremely close ties to the community. If he is going to leave Cleveland for a better change to win, why wouldn't he leave Miami for a better chance to win?

Last year the Heat barely beat the Pacers and barely beat the Spurs. This year, they got destroyed by the Spurs. The Thunder put up a better fight against the Spurs. Hell, the Mavs got the Spurs to game seven. Given how other teams performed against the Spurs in the West, I'm not even sure that the Heat would even get to the conference finals in the West. The Heat have been able to overcome their lack of PG and C the past couple of years, but teams have adjusted.

Houston is the best option at this point. James Harden > Wade. Dwight is > Bosh (though they are drastically different players and a comparison isn't even really fair). If the Rockets pick up LeBron, they will have 3 future HOFers on that roster ALL in their prime (which Wade clearly is not). AND they have trade bait to pick up another HOFer. Lin + Asik + Picks for Rondo? Or Love? And with guys like Jones and Beverly, they have depth to. Why would LBJ pass up a chance like that to play with a C who can't rebound or protect the rim (Bosh) and a SG whose injuries have taken their toll on him (Wade).

It was a great run, but... c'est la vie. Pat Riley got 2 banners with his plan, but now it is time to move on.

I would definitely bring in love over rondo. Let Bron play point.

PG Bron
SG Harden
SF 3pt shooter
PF Love
C Dwight

That being said, its not possible to have all 4 of those guys is it?

LBJ will trump CP3 by a mile.
Why does he play SF not PG?I dont understand. He runs as quickly as CP3 and can facilitate his teammates well. On top of that, he can bully every PG with his stature.

Bron could never play the point for a full season or even series when he's 30 years old he'd be run raggid defensively and it probably won't be a point guard guarding him.

if lebron bolts I don't think the fans of the nba will react like they did when he left cleveland. But if he does, I see him losing some credibility with the other players/former players about his legacy.

If you can't beat them, join them?

This would be the ultimate move that makes him look like he's taking the easy way out, even more than The Decision.

Lebron should just stay, Heat's window would be closing but jumping ship to another contender is going to hurt his legacy again.

Only team that can make Melo/Bron happen is the lakers this summer. You're out your mind if you don't think they would stretch Nash and rescind the QOs to bazemore and Kelly to make that happen. They have the top 10 pick and they would get a room exception. Then they would just do vet min deals like last year.

It's not out the realm of possibility to pitch the Bron/Melo show joining la and Kobe. Kobe can help them on the court and their brands off it.

Heck if they could shed Nash completely and the pick hold they could put together a talented 5.

Ball is in wades court tbh
