This is probably the most hilarious sports article I have ever read in maybe a decade. It's that funny. Please if you have a few minutes to spare, read this!

Here is a little quick preview of what you are in for (done by the same guy that wrote this article): http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ve7UWojOdWU

Notes: yes, this whole thing is done by a simulation of NBA2K14 in Association Mode. Even if you don't play sports video games, don't let that discourage you as this is still a really funny article to read anyway.

Enjoy. :D

NBA teams are still deftly avoiding Doomsday players at all costs, with one exception. The Knicks don't seem to understand how terrible these players are. Inexplicably, they've filled half their roster with Doomsday players, almost all of whom finish with Player Efficiency Ratings (PERs) in the negatives.

It's scary to think that if any of this were to actually happen, I wouldn't be surprised if Knicks out of all teams would do this. (with all due respect to Knicks fans)

This was awesome. Nerlens Noel becomes a 5x league MVP. And that's just like 1 / 100th of the humor.

No ring for him though. Such a shame. :(

Agreed^

The following cracked me up...

More ominous than anything, though, is the Cavaliers' visit to the White House. In 2018, the year after his second term ended, Barack Obama remains the President of the United States. He has clearly abolished Constitutional term limits, and God knows what else with it.

The last remaining skeptics now acknowledge that the Doomsday Phenomenon is very real. It must be, because the Atlanta Hawks have won an NBA championship.

Barack Obama has now been President for 19 years.

The Timberwolves have zero assists. 4,321 points. No assists.
