View Full Version : Which backcourt would you love to see?

It doesn't have to be the most ideal, it can just be two great players, two entertaining players, etc.

I'd love to see:

PG - Ricky Rubio
SG - Derrick Rose

Of course both are PGs, and size might effect Rose depending on who he's playing, but he can score at a high volume, can attack the rim in amazing ways, good shooter, and I've read he's up there in defense among PGs. Rubio is a great passer, and, at least his first season, played GREAT defense. Rubio isn't a good shooter yet, but his passing with Rose's scoring (and Rose is also a good passer) could make a great a duo.

Again, let's not get crazy with what would work and what wouldn't, just have some fun.

Why do you feel the need to troll every thread with the same old, tired, recycled joke?...it "might" have been moderately funny the first 10 times, but at this point it's borderline pathetic. "If" you're a grown man, please act like it and contribute something perhaps with a splash of insight, not this immature repetition of nonsense.

Thank you,

LOL you take things too serious. here's some insight - seeing how all these posters are picking current day players means they don't think and don't give much thought to the thread to begin with. I mean your selection of MJ and MJ is a pretty good one - but the other ones, meh.

Almost any combination with MJ and extremely great pass first player will be a great combo. I think we need to take Jordan out of the equation as he is the best in the game. MJ with any other superstar player will win a chip IMO.

Kobe Bryant and Smush Parker

Has to be, they averaged a combined 47.6 PPG (2006) and 44.9 PPG (2007) playing together.

Maybe I overreacted a little bit. You're right, it wasn't THAT serious, I guess it's just the fact that I've seen that about 10 times a day for the past week or 2.

Anyways, forgive me for being a grinch, live your life to the fullest....even if that means randomly saying "tittays" on internet forums lol

They'd need defensive cover but that would make a great combo offensively.
