This is a nice shot and all, but Kevin Durant is way too dramatic for this.

It's a bad move from a team leader, you have to man up during crucial moments, endure it all.

This isn't the case with everybody, but my most emotional and out of control friends grew up without a father. You never know.

KD is a great team leader. Him watching or not watching Westy shoot those free throws has no bearing affect on Rus hitting those free throws. KD has the utmost confidence in Russ, as he showed in his MVP press conference.

Not at all, not watching means you think he might miss, means you have zero confidence in your teammate.

I honestly think Durant is just that obsessed with winning and that passionate about basketball. He knew he had no control over the FTs and so this was his natural reaction to step away. Personally, I love it. It shows how powerful that moment was for him. And in the end isn't that what we want? For the athletes to care the game as much (or more) than we do as fans?

It drives me crazy when teams lose and get eliminated and then they go hug each other and laugh and joke. This is the opposite reaction of that. He was living and dying in that moment.

I could see how you wouldn't want to watch and have your back turned but sitting on the floor is a little over the top.
