Before the play I told my friend it's going to Monta or VC for a fadeaway 3. So I called that part, however I would not have put my money on VC making it, just because the odds of that kind of shot are slim and he was 2-7 in the game... but I am very happy it went in :laugh2: :D

I'm surprised he's lasted. He wasn't great with us, at all, but he's sustained that level of play and in a reduced role it's proven to be quite valuable. He's probably gonna cash in one more time this summer. Quite amazing, honestly.

 I remember posting in Magic game thread all those years back. Good times. (By the way, I won't be in the Magic forum anytime soon, but Oladipo is one of my favorite players. Happy to see him to go to Magic. He'll be special). And not sure why I put that whole sentence in brackets.

He has adjusted amazingly for a player of his caliber and age, but I kind of hope he retires. Games like today's want me to see him keep playing, but it would probably serve him well to hang them up. Another season or two with the Mavs seems likely though.

Come back to us after Vince retires :(

Ah good times, where we used to think Vince was saving himself for the playoffs, yet he ended up playing the same in the playoffs as he did in the regular season. LOL. I really wish that team we had made a serious push in the playoffs.

Only nice things about Vince please!!! :p
Game 6 in the ECF ain't too shabby. I remember that series vs the Celts. 1st 2 games VC played well and Dwight bad. The next 4 it was VC who disappeared. VC just didn't have what it took at that point in his career anymore. He had a pretty quick decline after that Orlando season (fading in PHX & then bench player in DAL). I still think that was a very winnable series but it's way in the past lol.

He's clutch God! How dare you not have faith! Haha.

I still remember his 48 he had versus the Hornets aka Pelicans now lol.

Which team was it against he hit a game winning 3? I could have sworn he did, or maybe it was for OT.

Oh yeah, it was ECF, thought it was 2nd round for some reason. It's all good. The shot I remember most was his turnaround on PP in the clutch, score was like 80-81. I still till this day have no idea how he made that one.

He hit go ahead 3s against Charlotte, Miami and Atlanta that season if I remember correctly. Both Miami and ATL came back to win though on buzzer beater (or close) shots.

And yeah I watch the highlights of that 48 point game atleast once every few months :p.

Dang! I went to the store as Dallas called timeout when the Spurs were up by 2 or 3 with a minute left. I come home and find out Vinsanity struck again! At least Ginobili jumped this time (since nobody jumped at Ray Allen in Game 6) but Vince made a veteran move and swished it home. I'm worried about the Spurs winning this series now. They were right there tonight, so they may even things up in Game 4, but a 6 game series is not optimal for them or a 7 game war for that matter since the west is so tough. They might be tired by round two if they survive.

Hey, we were mad you beat us final game...but I'm happy both are winning games in the playoffs. Both teams deserve to be in the playoffs! I'm rooting for both. Definitely not your typical 7 and 8 seed I wouldn't say.

Despite Ginobili's roly poly layup to take the lead with 1.7 left, he took several questionable shots. I would much rather have seen Kawhi (7-8) or Parker (9-18) taking more shots, since they were having better night shooting the ball. I think in retrospect, SA would love to have someone else shooting than Ginobili (4-14). Even Diaw hit a couple of big shots.

Remember most fans are not custom to their owners being at the games like Cuban always has.

Other owners should take note
