not only was it a clean block, LeBron's left hand hits the rim before the ball. If it goes in, it's offensive interference.

04-08-2014, 10:46 PM
That goaltend was more annoying to me then the missed call at the very end. They call that goaltend 9 times out of 10. It's one of the easiest calls in the game. Other than that, Lebron needs to start embellishing again. He's been going hard lately without flopping. He needs to practice Paul Pierce's facial and body expressions; Pierce always looks like he's trapped in quicksand trying to fight to stay alive.

if your hand is moving the rim before the ball gets in the cylinder it's offensive goal tending. He was blocked by a white boy, it happens. Take the L.

Such a sense of entitlement on Lebron and the fan's part. If it is even a 50/50 call in the paint of course he got fouled. Did you see how he reacted when he saw the replay? Guys he's not 21 anymore, he shouldn't still be acting like that... Did you see that off arm creeping out there aggressively in crunch time? Doesn't ever see that on the replay though I guess...

What should he have done? He goes up for a game winning basket and gets slapped on the wrist with no whistle - game over. You're going to react like that. Not to mention that it was at home and he got fouled by a bench warmer rookie. I'm sure Lebron was shocked there was no call, just like pretty much any player would be.

i dont care if it was the most obvious foul of all time. what pissed me off was Lebron stood there complaining when he could have fouled and gave them another chance to win or tie.. it was a 1 point game and there was time left and he had a chance to foul and didnt. that is annoying at every level of the game.

All these LeBron haters are pathetic, really. Blatant foul. Choke? LeBron top 5 in game winners/game winning shots under 16 seconds. Just unbelievable discussing NBA with ignorant fools. There comes a time where a forum is just completely destroyed by 17 year old's with Kobe posters all over the wall. I do also see plenty of NYK fans hating as well. Really? It's very comical to see guys like Skip Bayless continue to say "Eh, no Dwyane Wade".

Kevin Garnett makes the Nets a whole lot better defensively, statistics show it. KG did not play. Andray Blatche did not play.

That being said, Miami would probably win a 7 game series against the Nets in 6 but to say the Nets didn't have anybody missing while the Heat had Wade missing is very stupid.

Just read his tweet ''What a block by Mason Plumlee on LeBron to save game. Looked clean. Embarrassing for the King.''

Trolling the most popular is the easiest way to get attention. The positive thing about all this is everyone who doesn't like Lebron is speaking out now at the perfect time. The Heat haven't had as much hate lately so this is a good amount of extra fuel for the playoffs.

Coming from a Heat fan I thought it was a foul, but you don't call one in that situation. You never want the refs to decide a game. LeBron should've went up stronger than that

kdspurman
04-09-2014, 01:02 PM
I thought Lebron could have had time to foul too after the no call. THere was 3.1 seconds left when the Nets got the rebound and Lebron just let them go. But even deeper than that, there were 5 Nets players in the paint and only 2 Heat players. (Lewis/Lebron) Not a big deal as it's only 1 regular season game, but sheesh. Seemed like a lack of awareness by the Heat there.

You know, NBA refs are sick of Lebron and the Heat *****ing about calls but this is a prime example of why they *****. That missed call cost them the game. Obviously, Miami could have done other things to win the game but Plumlee clearly fouled Lebron at the end of the game.

JC_
04-09-2014, 02:17 PM
lol no he didn't

That's a foul. He might have got the ball with 1 finger and the rest of his hand gave Lebron a high 5. I'm fine with the no-call because it was the end of game but let's not pretend there was no foul committed on the play.

The call that was a little odd to me was the Plumlee goaltend on Bosh that didn't get called, it was one of the weirdest no calls I've seen. Imagine if Dwight could get away with those, he could just stand under the basket and catch every hook shot that comes near it.
