Brings back memories. John Cena being LeBron James is RIGHT ON. Similarities are insane.

The only reason Nash and Brett got put together is because they are Canadian. Lol

Was a big Undertaker fan growing up, I like the TD-Taker connection lol. But I agree those seemed spot on.

Best one was the taker-Duncan. A lot of them didn't make any sense but there were about 5 or 6 connections that were on point like lbj-cena, rock-Kobe.

Sorry but Cena-LeBron makes no sense. LeBron isn't cheered by 10 year olds when entering arena, in fact the only arena he is cheered in is in Miami. LeBron is a "villain" player, Durant being the good boy. LeBron is more like Randy Orton while Durant is more like John Cena.

Lol you couldn't be so wrong.

Bron and Cena are mirror images, it's just one is white and the other is black. Both lead this new sissy era in their respective sport, both are overhyped and shoved down people's throats, both are the promoted poster boys, and both guys actually get booed by the majority while being baby faces.

And to me, Kobe is more like Stone Cold than he is The Rock. Both Kobe and Austin have been the antiheroes of their careers, both do what they want when they want, they don't give a ****, both badasses, both are bald, and both either kept above or elevated their respective sports. Kobe led the post-Jordan era and kept the NBA afloat when it was feared it would go down the toilet if MJ retired in 98, and Austin led the Attitude era.

Taker and Duncan makes no sense. Duncan as great as he is, is super boring and bland, zero personality. Taker is still as exciting as he was when a young deadman in 1990.

Not on the fix side, but on the Prima Donna BS by both teams with their emotions.

You haven't missed much!

I see the WWE as a great sitcom that is worth watching Raw and Smackdown one week a month for a great life adding minutes and read the net news after the suckers that dish the money out for the PVV main events with the obvious soap opera obvious results. IE Undertaker never losses at Wrestle Mania.

Just watch once a month and giggle silly.

LOL @ Griffin/Brock, both gingers hahaha

So according to the top 3 history in WM:

Rock beats Hogan
Rock beats Cena
Cena beats Rock

So if they met in the Finals: Kobe would beat both MJ and LeBron(1 out of 2), LeBron would beat Kobe(1 out of 2)

I haven't watched wrestling in a while but it seems spot on.

Jordan/Hulk both arguably the best but were also much bigger douches than anyone seems to remember.

Cena and lebron were bred to take over but haven't quite done so yet and are also hated by so many even though they are much more likeable than the above.

Also I would have Wilt or Russell as Andre the Giant.

I would say Stone Cold would be Larry Bird and the Rock would be Magic if we compared the Golden Era to the Attitude Era. One had flash and charisma, the other was a no-nonsense, trash talking redneck. Sounds right.

Uhh... yes he is.

Ten year olds idolise Lebron, he is literally the Jordan of their era, the vast majority of kids have Lebron posters on their wall, Lebron jerseys etc. Most kids want to grow up to be Lebron just like the previous generations wanted to be like Mike.

Where have you been?

Spot-on. I'm a middle school teacher and all the kids love LeBron. He is the modern MJ in terms of popularity by young fans.

Also, love wrestling and the nba and I thought most of these comparisons were great.

The Taker Duncan comparison is spot on.

No, it's not.

Had Duncan not lost in last yr's finals, then maybe you could make the case.

Taker 21-0 at Mania and Duncan 5-0 in the Finals.

But nope, Pop killed it for Timmy last yr.

Couldn't be further from the truth.

AI never won a title, while Flair was a 16x world champ.

One guy could care less about practice, while the other guy gave 40 yrs of his life training and performing in the ring.
