Great player on a sub-par team. Pelicans better attempt to surround him with some good players or he's gone.

Besides injuries, Monty is not the right coach for this team.

Will he be a HOF?

I love AD. Even though that love was laughed at and ridiculed in last years mock draft. shoulda stayed pat with my Rondo/Dragic/Davis/Ibaka core.

Probably

He actually scored career-highs in three consecutive games.

That is insane!

has the most potential of anyone on the planet right now imo. he hits his FT's which is insane. How many guys in this league can protect the rim at an elite level, score 30 points and grab 10 rebounds, and hit free throws? i think he's the only guy who can do that in this league, maybe LMA though he doesn't score 30 too often.

griffin and love can put up the 30 and 10, love can hit free throws but neither can protect the rim. i think he will reign supreme over Durant as MVP in the coming years. the davis/reke one two punch has great potential. the west is gonna be unbelievably stacked next year, the east will likely still be a **** hole. hard to see ORL, PHIL, MIL or Boston being anything next year.

I think at this point it's just about health. If he can stay healthy for a long enough period, he will be a shoe in.

And?

And it would be completely different if he played against a team who wasnt in full tank mode.

Any evidence to support that?

He's been lighting people up all year. His last 5 games alone have been special. He is hardly a product of playing bad teams

Regardless at their decision to go into rebuilding or not shouldn't be in question but clearly the Celtics don't have any real defensive bigs so AD had a great chance of having a productive game.. was a great game but even an injured DeMarcus Cousins dropped like 35 and 15 against them ... Great game regardless but lets not pretend the opposition didn't help

Drummond had 18 and 22 against them the last time we played them too, lol. But Davis really is on a whole other level right now, I really didn't expect his offense to be as great as it's been this soon in his career.

On the money...

Whatever it takes, go get an all star caliber player this coming up off season.

He might be the best pf already when you take into account his defense. Dude plays on a horrible team that is also injury plagued.

I think people overrate his defense, its really not that good. I would say hes above average overall, like Blake Griffin.
