Celtics will win this debate.....but I can't think of their best roster

Also, Lakers would be fun with Magic, West, and Jabbar

Lakers could go something like

1. Magic
2. Kobe/West
3. Worthy/Wilkes/Baylor
4. Shaq/Horry
5. Jabbar

Celtics would be something like
1. Cousy
2. Jones/Havileck
3. McHale/Pierce
4. Bird/Garnett
5. Russell/Parish

That's a beastly team.

That magic team would have crazy defense. Young shaq and prime howard protecting the rim? Haha good luck with the jumpshots.

I'm not so sure that the celtics would win this i also forgot about Miami who might actually have the best team.

Hardaway
Wade/Allen/jones
James/Rice/Butler
Bosh/Haslem
Shaq/Morning/Seikaly

Magic
Kobe/west
Worthy/artest
Pau
Kaj/shaq

Assuming all in prime would be ridiculous.
4 players in the top 10 of all time on 1 roster, 5 if you include wilt.

Harden
Tmac
Clyde
Hakeem

Yeah, great D...

I think the Magic could have had a case to win it all out of the OP thread topic, if G Hill was the Hill of Detroit.

The TMac that was in Toronto, wasn't at the level he was in Orlando (I think thats why he didn't start him).

this thread is based on everyone being in their prime.

I hope not... That would be a boring thread topic.

It should be the highest level the player was at, when he was actually on the team (minimum of 2yrs, like the Op stated).

But whatever.

+1
Lakers, Celtics, Sixers, Magic.

Bulls, Heat would get beat with lack of depth, no dominant big, and point guard situation.

Crazy to think of how elite of talent Orlando has had in such little time, yet no loyalty or consistent success

great D everywhere but at the 2, Bird vulnerable on ball, but he's got help

Carmelo

Ewing

Close, I'd go with:

Ewing
Reed
King
Monroe
Frazier

McAdoo, Chandler, Camby would be a nice bench of bigs. Some good bench PG's too.

Shouldn't a player, like Shaq only be with one team?

I know you said min 2 years, but for great players, maybe the cut off is whoever the player played his most minutes with gets him?

Which would be the Lakers, not Miami or Orlando
