The Heat need to take advantage of Bogut being out!

Id love to see a starting lineup of Oden, Bosh, James, Wade, Chalmers!

Beasley back to microwave scoring

I turned on the game and saw Beas in and then watched him score back to back to back. SMH. Its BS this guy doesn't play. Beas with George Karl as coach could be the 2nd best player on this team night in and night out. He needs positive in his ear, direction and 30-35 min a game and he will beast on this team. So glad he was out of the game when GS went on a lil run or else Splostra would of blamed him.

The way we ended the half is the way we need to continue to play...aside from two wide open threes by Curry and one from Iggy, the defense has been pretty good. Just gotta be consistent and keep it up.....and keep moving the ball.

And btw, I don't wanna see Lewis out there ahead of Beasley ever again....

And what I mean by that is 2-4 every night. Obviously he is not better than a healthy Dwade, but because he is younger and Wade is hurt a lot, he could definitely out play him and Bosh from game to game if he was given 30-35 minutes.

The Heat (Spoelstra) needs to make the decision to invest the rest of the season in Beasley and get his confidence and rhythm right and they could all of a sudden be the most potent offense in the NBA. I really want to see Beasley attacking, coming off screens and being very aggressive, but also smart. Before he took a hiatus from the floor, he was becoming more of a facilitator also. I want to see Beas avg, 30 min a game. Rest Wade, and you can have Wade ready for the playoffs, and Beasley in a good place and the Heat will be nasty. Oden is a lil slow but he will be perfect against an even slower Hibbert and we will beat Indiana.

As long as we leave Beasley in, we will win. He gives us the spacing on offense, you have to respect him. If they bring in Batts, I don't know.

LBJ has definitely gone to another gear. He has a hop in his step that he didn't use for the first 35 plus games. He really does coast the first half of the season. Dude is a straight beast. What timing.

But yeh I doubt he can do it anymore.

I find this comment both hilarious and hypocritical given your expectations of Bosh playing center.

Beasley is a defensive liability, period. Doesn't matter which position you try to fit him at. But either way, the staff needs to get him some minutes and try to hide him defensively when possible.

90% of our team is a defensive liability. Batts doesn't play better D than Beasley does. Hypocritical?!?!?! I'm choosing to play Beasley over Battier. And Beas makes 1mill. I wanted to trade Bosh because he makes 18 mill and that money can be put to better use. You can't put 1mill to better use than Beas. You can definitely put 18 mill to better use than Bosh. Go look up the definition of hypocritical if you still can't figure out this point.

Beas did a great job against Harrison Barnes, and any wing that he was guarding in this game. He outplayed which ever wing he was going against. He wasn't getting beat at all. He did a great job, and was not a liability whatsoever.

Beasley is poor on defense... I'm not arguing or debating or trying to prove any point about that... nor is this an opinion. I'm simply stating that as the mere fact that it is. It isn't up for discussion.

Almost every other player on the roster both has better defensive instincts and fundamentals, as well as actual impact. Only guys he is more effective than at this point is 38 yr old Ray Allen and 33 yr old Roger Mason Jr (who isn't in the rotation either). Battier has far better instincts, fundamentals and versatility defensively. Again, this isn't my opinion, I'm merely stating facts of what the situation is.

Beasley was surprisingly decent defensively through December, but fell out of the rotation specifically due to defense he played in January. It's not a coincidence that Toney Douglas comes right in and starts getting not only minutes but starts because of his defense. Greg Oden jumps right over Beasley and others in the rotation because of defense. You get minutes on this team by playing good defense, and since Beasley is not a good defender and is still trying to learn good habits he isn't getting minutes. He has to over focus and think about every move he makes. It isn't second nature to him. He doesn't see the play before it happens. Some games he is good, but many times he looks lost out there. Simple. These are all just the facts of the situation... now you can continue to tell us your opinion of the situation, but it doesn't change the facts.

Despite what you said, what I said above is true and takes precedence over your statement since we are talking about a specific game which was warriors vs Heat. He could be the worst defensive player ever in history, but if he is playing good defense in the Heat vs Warriors game against wings then thats all that matters. A history lesson is not needed, but when I need one I'll hit you up.

So if Wade is 4-5 from 3PT in a given game, and Ray Allen is 1-5 in the same game. In crunch time we need a 3 to tie the game... you draw up the play for Wade to take the 3? Maybe if you are a moron.

I definitely don't fault Spo for going to his more consistent defenders regardless of Beasley having a decent defensive game up until the point that Lee made him his *****.

Switch D wade's name with Lebron and yes, you do go with Lebron in crunch time in that scenario, case in point, the warriors game that we are talking about. And Yes is D wade was hot, like Bron was, especially 3 years ago, yes Spo would give him the green light just like Lebron had.

And again your comprehension skills are just nonexistent to make a comment like this. I said Beas should not be guarding Lee. Secondly, Battier get used and abused every game, regardless of how smart he is, he's got the mobility of Bernie Kosar, and Lee would of look twice as bad as he made Beas.
