Have to think they'll get better, given how much of a minus he is. The Knicks are -3.5 points per 100 possessions with him off-court, compared to -5.0 with him on. Pretty big improvement.

Also worth noting they have a mostly easy schedule coming up - vsCHA (.381 on the road), vsLAL (.333), vsBOS (.261), vsCLE (.227), vsMIA (.591), @MIL (.211 at home).

If they were ever going to make a run, now's the time, with or without Bargs.

Doubt it has too much of an impact either way.

No schedule is an easy schedule, when we are talking about the Knicks.

I feel pretty bad for the poor guy he's just going outside his game because he's been called soft throughout his career. It was a pretty funny fail though but definitely don't wish harm on the guy... Hope he gets back on the court soon.

Not a big Bargs fan but he was playing really well in that game before the hilarious injury.

I like him. I recall many (OK, some) here were in agreement that if he could give us 14 + 5 we would be happy. Seems he pretty much has been doing just that. But because he is not a great energy guy, and disappears at times, he really gets a bad rap. I appreciate that he mostly tries to stay within the offense.

I wish his energy and fire were apparent, but given the mess this team has been, and it is his first season with us, I think with time and support he could be a contributing part of the puzzle as Woody would say.

I don't see anyone else on the team he is taking anything away from. And more often than not against other bigs, he has been pretty decent defensively, including multiple nifty blocks against Howard and others. Overall, I would take him. He won't win any awards, but he is decent and I don't understand why people actively don't like him.

Basically, there are far worse issues with this team than Bargnani.
