Not happy about Kawhi being out, hope that can be handled with a splint and played through. But I doubt it since it's his right hand.

With Splitter and Green out already, our defense is going to be tough to watch. Green/Leonard are our best perimeter defenders and Splitter defends the P&R better than any other big on the team. I bet Kawhil will be out a good amount of time unfortunately :sigh:

It's a bummer that Gay and Cousins got hurt early in the game. The Kings have had the Rockets number this season, and I wanted to see Houston finally beat them. First of all, OKC won off the backs of the refs in 2012. They were clearly not the better team, and it showed in the playoffs. If you think 2 players are going to shoot their way out of a 7 game series vs the spurs, you're wrong.

I don't know either... Obviously not having Leonard sucked, that's when KD had the majority of his TO's. Though Manu did an exceptional job on him, he expended so much on that end, he was ineffective offensively.

The biggest weakness of this team is not being athletic on the perimeter. I think it's why there was a report that we were "unusually aggressive" trying to make a trade. The ability to switch on defense and cover P&R's is huge against a team like OKC.

Why, because they shot 10 more FT's than you guys in the series? I thought they were the better team when they beat SAS in 6, and actually I thought their team last season was better overall than when they had Harden (and statistically they definitely were). Losing Westbrook mid playoffs changes all that though.

And agreed Matter, an OKC/GSW series if both are healthy would be epic. Every game this season has been intense.

It definitely did not go their way that game, but I see a worse officiated game than that literally every other week in the NBA (though I do watch a lot of ****ing NBA). And the majority of the time it's for the home team like was the case there (as refs are scared of home fans reactions and will instinctively err on their side. That's documented/verified in every sport in the world at every level of play). I mean they had James Harden at the time, did you not expect some flops to go OKC's way? lol c'mon now.

If Manu/Kawhi came to play that game and OKC wasn't just flat better offensively then SAS, we could be having a different conversation. It was far more than reffing that wiped out SAS's big 1st half lead that game.

I think if the Suns can just stay afloat in that #7-#8 range before Bledsoe comes back, we can get home court in the playoffs since Bledsoe is supposed to be back soon after the AS break. With home court, Suns are well capable of winning at least one series.

And Dragic, 8-10 for 21 pts and being the best player for the surprising Suns....PLEASE PEOPLE GET HIM INTO THE ALL STAR GAME!
