They are looking impressive and very impressive but are they unbeatable and are they a lock to win it all this year?

No. I would not be at all surprised if the Heat, Pacers, or Spurs beat them.

If they were unbeatable then how did the Timberwolves beat them?

I will say this, when Russell gets into the passing mindset (which he has these past 6 games or so), the Thunder look like the best team in the NBA. When you have RW, KD, and Jackson who can get to the rim at will and are also willing passers, this team is amazing. Sometimes Russ just gets carried away with his scoring ability and that puts everyone besides KD into a slump. Ibaka is most effected when Russ becomes pass first. Look at the first few games of the season, Ibaka was straight doodoo without Russ in the lineup.

No one is "unbeatable" nor a "lock to win the title".

Suggesting otherwise is silly.

It's the scariest matchup for any team with durant and Westbrook, but no team is unbeatable.

Westbrook and Durant are impossible to guard together, westbrook's improved shooting helps tons. How can you guard him if you have to respect his jumpshot and ability to drive? plus you can't double team him because of Durant. Still they don't have a great post game and might have a hard time with Indiana and SA's size.

Uhhhh.... They haven't even won anything big in the playoffs yet.. This thread should be based on the two time defending NBA Champs if anything.

yes, they will go undefeated, break the bulls record, sweep the playoffs/finals, coy, Durant mvp, westbrook finals mvp, Durant/westbrook 1st team, Jackson 6th man, lamb mip, fisher will have 1 more ring than kobe and go down as the greatest pg with 6

Regular season doesn't mean anything, in a 7 games series, Miami, Indiana, SA, maybe even Portland look stronger.

Considering they blew out indiana by 20+ i don't see how you come to that conclusion.

They couldn't win it with Harden, what makes them a "lock" to win now?

Edit: Just checked this guy's threads started. Clear troll/Heat hater, don't waste your time.

If they were unbeatable they wouldn't have lost a game.

Closing this one.
The way it's titled and with the lack of data to go with this question is going to make Thunder fans look like they're pounding their chest.
