I'm curious about this. If you don't root for any one team, or feel like posting multiple teams, feel free to pick any.

No Kobe?

For the Rockets:

1. Harden
2. Howard
3. Parsons
4. Lin

Terrance Jones is creeping up there. Dude has been playing super well. I was beginning to wonder if he was a waste of talent, but he has played his tail off and been a huge difference maker at the starting 4 spot.

That's ridiculous.

I've been living in southern california since 2000 so I have many many friends who are Lakers fans and I have watched countless Lakers games.

Those 4 dudes don't even come close to Pau.

Wes, while I still like him, is a bum.

Nick Young is the same idiot he's always been taking ridiculously stupid shots instead of easy ones. The dude like literally chooses to take stupid shots because it looks cooler than taking easy shots. Not many players have his ability but he just wastes it.

Jodie Meeks is actually playing very well but Pau is still their 2nd best player.

Jordan Hill is a career back-up for a reason.

Kobe is like a staple to me. He is synonomous with "Lakers" in my head. They come and they go but Kobe has been there for 17 years.. lol

Pau is the second best player, but he sits out at the end of games because he lacks energy. Again, you dont watch Lakers games. Ive been living here since 1980. You also sound like a typical "Im going to hate everything about the Lakers" guy.. I cant have a decent conversation with people like you, no offense man.

You're right I do hate everything about the Lakers, especially Kobe Bryant, but that doesn't mean I'm blinded as to how good a player or team is.

You just admitted that Pau Gasol is the second best player. Whether or not a player gets playing time is a different question.

Michael Jordan could be benched in 4th quarters cause he cusses at his coach. That doesn't mean he's not the best player on his team.

And in all honesty, if you can't have a decent conversation with a guy like me then why did you bother responding to my comment? I don't get that.

This exactly. I think the Rockets are fairly easy. It's clearly those four guys in that order with Terrence Jones a close fifth.

Pau Gasol WAS the 2nd best player up until 2011. Then came the ascension of Bynum in 2012 and the trade of SuperBoy on 2013 that made him into the 3rd best player. This yr he is 4th best, maybe, with Kobe now back as Jodie Meeks, Steve Blake and Jordan Hill have all played consistently better than Gasol this season.

Ha david lee aint in the top 7

I know he's overrated you could make a case for Barnes and Bogut being ahead of him, but no way you can rate Draymond Green, Toney Douglas or Jermaine O'Neal over David lee.

At the VERY worst it might go

Curry
Klay
Iggy
Barnes
Bogut
Lee

As a talent, sure David is more productive and has a bigger role than Draymond. But Draymond has played better in his role - which is a growing one - that's without question.

At first I thought this was asking for favorites. In that case,

Harris
Harkless
Nicholson
Vucevic
Dipo

Jameer is one of my all time favorites. Hard to mix him in with the young'ns. Baby is fun, but annoying. And after him there's no one else I particularly care for at all. I've never hated Afflalo or anything...and a lot of fans gave him grief last year (not I)...but I still am indifferent on him.

As for best?

1. Afflalo
2. Vucevic
3. Davis (yikes...but probably true)
4. A tossup between Nicholson (playing very well but only ~20 minutes), Dipo (sucks, but volume), Nelson (sucks, but volume)

Draymond Green over Lee?

In a "role adjusted" sense. I feel like we're a more dangerous team when he's on the floor rather than Lee in most scenarios.

Markieff and Marcus are close to the same. Both have improved along with green. Miles plumlee is also playing good. Suns have been very impressive could easily be in 1st place in the division

Melo of course

Based off our dependance for him, Chandler

Shump

JR

...Great

Amar'e looks better but I'm gonna need a larger sample size, based off his history the past few years. Tim Jr is solid but I'd rather have Shump for defense and (sadly) JR because when JR is good, he's good. Bargs is starting to grow on me a bit but like Amar'e gonna need a larger sample size.
