Talking about retirement?
You guys think he's bogus? Remember he has 24 mill on the table. His knees are done though.

He's gonna follow the Brandon Roy path.

It's not easy being that tall and huge.

Hope he can have a long successful career, though I'm not quite a fan of his. It just seems far too improbable at this point. He is never ever healthy.

Trying to get some sympathy before he heads to Philly and gets booed out of the building.

It's too bad. I remember phil jackson talking about how players should, but don't, protect their knees.

This includes all kinds of every day precautions that people of average height don't give much thought to, such as never bending your knees past 90 degrees when getting back up from a seated position. He also told kobe to avoid "highlight" dunks such as 360's, predicting dire consequences for his knees (concerns which eventually proved correct).

Those long limbs along with the extra weight create a lot of torque on the joints, and playing basketball at the highest level only adds to the risk. It's an occupational hazard, and bynum has almost certainly received the very best conventional medical treatment possible, esp. during his time with the lakers.

Perhaps it's time for him to explore non-conventional treatment, such as the platelet therapy kobe bryant went through.

He really should have taken advantage of his time with KAJ and learned the skyhook. With his size and length he would barely have to get off the ground to make a skyhook. I think everyone knows his knees are going to be an issue no matter how much time he takes off or what kind of procedures he has done.

Bynum to the Suns. They always seem to get people right. Trade him for the good Morris twin.

That sucks. He got paid though and I'm sure he's happy about that. It's a good thing the Lakers didn't max this dude out. Thanks Dwight!
