80's

you left off Michael Jordan, who was already the best player in the world by 1988.

Early 2000s except I would use ray Allen and dirk instead of carter and Wallace. That 2000s team needs some spacers.

Yeah that would be like taking Shaq off of the early 2000's team, which is dumb. Think the answer is clearly the 80's with or without MJ though.

If you take out Gervin and put in Dr. J, and take out KAJ to put in Olajuwon I would go with the 80s. Otherwise Shaq might be a little too much to handle.

He's on the team. But if you make him the starter then either KG, Duncan, Shaq or Kobe is going to the bench.

I didn't see him at SF, he's a SG anyways.

You do know that some players can play multiple positions right?

I think this is going to be a poster age question......I don't really remember the early 80's but still the 80's players I think would win 7 out 10. Its a much better clutch and well rounded team.

edit:

my post isn't just in response to the roster posted, if you take whatever your best 80's roster is (minus Jordan as stipulated) and your best 00's I still stand my comments.
