If the Pacers, Bulls & Knicks were in the Western Conference, what seeding do you posters think they would get (would all of them, even make the palyoffs?)?

Do you posters think they would make it out of the West, and into the Finals?

Teams to take out the West, for above Eastern Conference teams are... Memphis, Denver, Lakers

Teams New Division:

South West:
Pacers in Memphis out (Granger plays more then 40 gams healthy or gets traded for pieces)

Pacific:
Bulls in Lakers out (Healthy Rose all year, but keep in mind that doesn't mean he will be the same explosive player before his injury)

North West:
Knicks in Denver out (Stat plays more then 50 games healthy)

Make playoffs in some order

**** show between mavs, hornets, wolves, blazers for that last spot based on health chemistry

Pacers and Bulls play good enough D and are balanced enough offensively to still make it.

Not sure about the Knicks, still take too many jumpers for my taste. Have to see how the new pieces fit.....

Bulls would beat any team in the West. Still trying to beat that 1 team in the East right now. Not really worried about Pacers Nets or Knicks

This thread will never serve its purpose, and will just turn into a Bulls-Knicks, Knicks-Nets, Bulls-Pacers, Knicks-Pacers baitfest.

The Bulls would probably fight for HC, the Pacers would finish around 6-7 in the west.

None of those teams make top 4. They don't have deep benches to weather the West. It's suicide to play so many tough teams big minutes. It's a marathon in the west and even harder time playing 6,7,8th seeds in the playoffs. I foresee injuries piling up and having career lows.

Naw player... I can't see the Pacers beating OKC in a playoff matchup, if healthy (but you never know).

they might have some decent bench players but not like they can field a good full second team from their bench.
I would like to see melo back in the west. I would love to see that injury riddled bulls team in the west. I ain't even going to respond to that pacers team. Look the east isn't top heavy. They have 1 great team and they play garbage teams 4 times a year in their respective divisions.

winning ratio and games vs teams in the west

miami 25-5 .833
okc 39-13 .750
denver 38-14 .730
laclippers 35-17 .673
memphis 34-18 .654
sa 33-19 .635
indiana 18-12 .600
ny 17-13 .566
chicago 11-17 .367 (rose injured) but no excuse for being trash bad

okc lost harden 2 years ago and now they just lost k mart okc is no longer a top 3 seed out west to me i'd take the clippers and rockets over them also perkins is in a dreadful decline and hibbert would eat him alive

Bulls are the only team that gets HCA.

When Rose has been healthy (in Thibs' era), Bulls have had the 2nd best record vs West other than Heat and basically they are neck and neck.

If Heat would be #1 in the west then if Bulls with Rose healthy would be either #1 or no worse than #2 in the west.

IMO, here is how I see it if I had to rank them.

1 - OKC/Bulls
2 - Bulls/OKC
3 - Spurs
4 - Clippers
5 - Pacers
6 - Rockets
7 - Warriors
8 - Knicks

Rose would be the 4th best PG in the west. Paul, Westbrook and Parker then rose.

Clippers
Okc
Golden state
Spurs
Pacers
Bulls
Knicks
Houston

Those east teams can't handle playing the stronger west teams.

I love how you have the wolves and hornets on that list but don't even think the warriors who were in the playoffs last year and the only team to get 2 wins against the spurs not named the heat
