Has anyone got a synergy subscription? I hate to be cheap but I'm not sure I want to pay for it. I'm only half into the advanced stats world. Curious but not obsessed.

I tend to use Basketball Reference and 82games (as well as the new and much improved NBA.com stat section) but there's a lot of stuff missing, for example I can't find a DRAPM list anywhere.

Can someone post the top 50 or so in dRAPM from last season (via screen shot or whatever)?? I would really appreciate it. Or if there's a free website that gives you this info can you link me?

And for the people that pay for Synergy, how user friendly is it? From the outside looking in it comes across as being quite convoluted.

You can use synergy for free last I checked. The only thing you're missing out on is the data from years prior and unlimited film references. Thats more for parsing out plays within sets on your own. As for RAPM, the inventor has updated his website and now includes it here: http://stats-for-the-nba.appspot.com/

Only hes replaced RAPM with xRAPM, sadly. If you want the old stuff you have to google search but I've got a few links somewhere on this PC. Once I arrange my setup Ill post them

Synergy isn't free.

These are my options as far as I can tell;

Home Team Package - $39.95 Get access to Synergy’s pro stats for every team in the league, plus video for a single team that you specify. You can even switch teams each week!

Leaguewide Package - $89.95

I don't see any "free" alternate option.

Yeah pretty sure I have some of the old RAPM saved somewhere, just would never find it since I've switched computers and both are completely cluttered. Would def appreciate the screenshot if you could get it.

Go to mysynergysports.com and type in a players name and you should see their stats. Come October though, Vantage stats will blow synergy out of the water though: http://blog.cacvantage.com/ (thats a sample)

"Assist+ Per 100 Chances"

I've been waiting for something like that^

Thanks for the link.

Yeah, it'll be a freemium site, so some of the content will be free and some you'll have to pay for. It'll be kind of like ESPN Insider.

I just recently got a subscription and I would say it is decent in terms of "user friendliness". You can easily search for individual players, but as of yet, I cannot find a way to display a leader board. Also, at the moment there is a 50% off sale on the product. That is one of the reasons I got it.
