So, it is the offseason (still) and I figured a nice light hearted thread about odd statistical records might be interest. So share some odd statistical records that might not be common knowledge.

I'll start. Moses Malone is the only player to win back-to-back MVP awards on DIFFERENT teams! He also hold the record for most consecutive games without fouling out.

Ben Wallace not only holds the record for most games played by an undrafted player (common knowledge I think), but he is also the only player with more blocks than fouls AND the only player with more steals than turnovers!

Chris Duhon holds the Knick record for most assists in a game with a franchise-record 22 assists but will forever be remembered by Knicks fans as Chris Doo Doo. :puke:

Bubba wells fouling out in 3 minutes.

Not really surprising.

Did he only foul white players?

Too bad you didn't include ABA also.

I followed Nets in the ABA for six (all too short) years.

The stats, and tales that are to be told are phenomenal .

'Remember the ABA' is one of the best websites a pro basketball fan could look into.

Watched about 45 minutes of ABA clips on youtube today.

Spurs, Bulls, Lakers, Celtics are the only teams with 4 or more titles.

Kareem won two Finals MVPs 14 years apart (Duncan could have done the same if they won this year)

Elgin Baylor made the finals 8 times and lost all 8.

They were playing the bulls and don Nelson wanted to get back into the game so he had wells hack-a-rodman. It back fired though because rodman went 9-12 that game.
