Looks like now their nickname "Splash Bros" will actually make more sense...I wonder of Thompson feels left out since he's not a bro.

I love it, he can play the Anthony Morrow role in spot minutes. Might be the best 3pt shooting team of all time if he gets it going. They'll be shooting over 40% from three as a team again this year.

he shoulda been drafted but i think his foot/ankle might have prevented that. But he could not have landed in a better spot. Im a big Duke fan and hope he is able perform well.

He's nowhere near at his bros level but shooting runs in the family

That's pretty cool actually. When they play Phoenix it will Curry bros versus Morris bros lol

cool indeed, i haven't even heard of him before. if he makes the final roster it will be interesting to see what he can do this season with whatever chances he's given.

Dude won't even see minutes lol. Sure, he can shoot a little but he's way too slow to create his own shot in the NBA game and isn't athletic enough to keep up with some of the players he have to face. I think I saw someone say Ben Hansborough 2.0 and that's absolutely correct.

Very cool to see. I hope to see him and Stephen curry play together on the court in the near future. While he is currently not at his brother's level, he can still shoot really well just like his brother and his father.

lol, please

I hate this move. The PSD Dubs forum will become unbearable. I really hope he finds his way to another team fast. I won't let it ruin my day, but I really, really didn't want this to happen, and was pretty sure it never would.

lol how will it make it unbearable? If anything, we've all followed his college game so we know exactly what we're getting.

He'll probably be the Bazemore of 2013-14. Hopping up and down from the D-league averaging about a minute a game in the actual league.

I don't mind it though, Machado, Murphy and Jones were already waived. I don't think any of them were any better or worse than Seth. Would be cool if we had signed Seth and Clark, the latter had a great summer league, shame Utah beat us to it.

It's interesting to see how many people think he's some scrub. This was the captain and leading scorer of Duke - a top 5 team in the Nation - who did it on extreme efficiency: 47/44/81 on high 3pt volume shooting. Like I said earlier, he has the potential to play a Morrow role and add deadly 3pt shooting in spot minutes. Game changer? No, but a potentially very nice depth piece.

Meh, I agree. I wouldn't say he's a scrub but I wouldn't expect him to get a lot of minutes with us in his rookie year, he'll probably be spending a lot of time in the D-league trying to improve his game. If he could work on his defense and become a D&3 guy that would be cool. Or even if he could work on his ball handling to better create for himself.
