The weight listed there for Wilt is from middle of his career. For most of his career, he was lighter than that.

Nah. that's about right. He was pretty skinny.


He bulked up later in his career.

I am surprised Rick Barry, George Gervin and Julius Erving aren't on that. They were pretty skinny.

You are right. He was no where near 195. Some players weights are never adjusted after their rookie seasons.

That's kind of the point of this article - to do away with the whole argument that just because a guy is short but talented doesn't mean his talent is anywhere near the top of the league. I feel like you didn't read the article.
