2014 - 15 starting lineup (using current players only and guys that may or may not be available in the next 12 months):

PG: Carter Williams (I think he'll be sold to very good)
SG: Lebron James (won't opt out but theoritacally can so I'm counting him)
PF: Evan Turner (he finally turns the corner this year and becomes a 17/7/5 guy)
SF: Wiggins
C: Noels (and I believe he can be one the great defensive centers)

Lebron James and Kevin Durant are easy

I'd really love Paul George or James Harden on the Bulls at the 2. Kevin Love would be great as well.

Since Howard isn't available anymore, I want the Bulls to pick up Gasol or Aldridge (Aldridge still has a few years on his deal, so anyone not named Rose or Noah is fair game to be traded).

Well, this is ONE fun thread.
As one poster put it, "What kind of a thread is this?"
Another posits: 5 all-time greats from the past. Right on, bro.
Hellcrooner replaces the entire Lakers squad with the League's Top 5 Players. Who can argue with that???
Lots of other people have proposed good sh_t too.
I love all of this!

Since nothing else is going on, I'll start.

Lakers:

Rajon Rondo
Paul Millsap
Demarcus Cousins

To be "one hunnid like a C-note", I don't really want anyone else on my team, I am excited to see how we will do as the roster stands now (or will stand when the season begins). If I had to pick someone though, it would probably be Nate Robinson to come off the bench. And that's really only if I get him for free. I'm not trying to trade away people we have now, with the exception of newly added Seth Curry (Since I despise the fact we picked him up) since, as I said above, I am excited about our current roster.

Melo has his number 2 in Westbrook. With George, Shump, Westbrook we would have the best perimeter defense ever!!! We would have a beast of a center for the future.

Drummond
Tyler

Homerism at its finest.

The idea was to have a good starting team with a bench better than your starting 5.

Besides when Bogut was healthy he was better than Gasol. Shame that was a few years ago though.

Bogut's 2009-10 (PER 36); 17.7 PPG, 11.3 RPG, 2.8 BPG, TS% .540, PER 20.7

Gasol's last season (PER 36); 14.5 PPG, 8.0 RPG, 1.8 BPG, TS% .559, PER 19.5
