Hey guys, It is that time of year again! Once again we kick of the PSD NBA Off-Season Player Rankings. This is the 6th year I have done this on PSD and it always brings some great discussion and debate. Please keep things civil and discuss who you feel is most fitting and deserving of being voted in each poll.

A lot has changed since last season. Lebron James and the Miami Heat are back to back NBA champions after an exciting 7 game series win over the Spurs. Let start the discussion since lots has changed since the start of last season. Please TRY AND VOTE FOR THE BEST PLAYER AND DON'T BE A HOMER. I will leave the poll open for one day and than we can carry on to the next best player at that position. I will add more players after each round. I have also included the results of those last 5 years so everyone can see how much things have changed...Enjoy.

Due to some people complaining that the rule was not written for the PG poll; in order to be eligible for these rankings, players must of played in 10 or more games last season. Thank you.

REMEMBER this is based on who is the best player, not the player who has the potential to be the best

Vince Carter is easily the best one left

His defense was very solid on the wing

Extremely efficient with 57 ts%
Per of 18
RAPM of +3.5. Only Sg's ahead were Harden Wade and manu
Led his team in win shares and to a 500 record in the west without Dirk for half a year
His per 36 numbers look good too. 19/6/3

I still like joe johnson here. Sort of a jack of all trades master of none and in my opinion is the only player left on the board who is clutch and can create his own shot. I was tempted by Jimmy Butlers defense, but I want to see him do it for another year first

Hmm...either Joe Johnson or Klay Thompson for me.

Vince Carter hasn't been a top 10 SG for the past 3 years and he's gonna be one now at age 55? Lol.

I'll agree that he hasn't been a top 10 sg the past few years. But for last year? he earned it.

Tony Allen at 7??

His defense was that good...and the SG position is that weak.

Ginobili, jr and Allen are not better than klay. Ginobili is a shell of his former self. Jr is just volume offense and Allen is nothing more than a role player that plays great d and decent at spacing the floor. Plus they are all who they are.

Klay is still young and improving. Has shown he can play good d. Great 3 point shooter. Improved slashing game. And his game will add another dimension next year. He needs to work on consistency tho. But I'd take what he did last year over all three but a case could be made for Allen.

Monta is beast

Is this list based off of last year, or predicting who will be where next year. How Allen is above Thompson baffles me either way. I think Thompson proved he's an elite defender during the postseason, and there's no question his offensive game is better than Allen's. either way Thompson is a top 4 lock next season.
