The Golden State Warriors have agreed to a three-year deal with power forward Marreese Speights, according to ESPN's Marc Stein. The 25-year old Speights will enter his sixth NBA season after splitting time between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Memphis Grizzlies last year.

Big time as a replacement for Landry. Slightly better defender and a much better floor spacer - the guy actually has a more efficient 16-23 footer than Kevin Durant.

Good signing Landry loss doesn't hurt as much now for a back up pg and center.

He will drive you crazy with bonehead plays sometimes but a good pick and pop option and decent replacement for Landry

Excellent pickup for them. Next up a serviceable backup for Steph and they will be poised to make a deep run

They're saying 3 years - 10 million. With the 3rd year being a team option. With Landry pulling 4 for 26mil, that's pretty fantastic replacement value.

I was hoping Houston would land him but hes prolly better off in a reserve role

He's an NBA beat guy who writes for a rival site and SportsNet New York.

I'd take it with a grain of salt, but if accurate still leaves them with a little over 5 million to spend. That could potentially land both a Nate Rob + Jermaine O'Neal or maybe Anthony Morrow + Dalembert.

I'd like dalembert and pg but I'd about Nate. He played well for us but I want more of a distributor or defender than offense in a bottle at back up to curry

^ There's also the euro guard they drafted this year. I'm not sure where his contract negotiations are at right now.

I love the signing.. high value at low cost... maybe just 1 more move for a role player and we'll be set... All in all great offseason imo

I don't know enough about him to feel comfortable going into the year with just him as a back up to curry

Decent deal. He's a big ol' dum dum, but sometimes he surprises you. It's good for him just be to be somewhere where he doesn't have to worry about getting bounced around so often.

Me neither, but he actually seems solid. Still, that's the beauty of having Iggy to take on playmaking duties for stretches. I mean Curry will be running the offense for 38+ a night like last year anyway, and he'll be better at it to boot. Curious to see what other improvements the gym rat will have after a full off-season of court work rather than rehab. Should be fun.

Iggys playmaking is a huge addition but I would like a vet on the chance curry goes down

After the S&T with Iggy we would have the full MLE, a 9 mil TPE from Biedrins and 4 mil TPE from Rush.

Really good signing. If Bogut is even 80% this year that is also basically like them adding another player. I don't like the Igudala fit, but I'm no genesis. It looks like the Dubs are killing it this off-season.
