if you hate him for the tv special thats fine but to hate him for leaving cleveland is dumb and ignorant unless of course u like the cavs

would michael jordan have continued to ride out with the bulls if they surrounded him with mo williams?

nope

michael jordan stayed with the bulls because they found him a supporting cast

kobe gets a ton of love for being a life long laker but in 2007 he was demanding to leave until they got gasol and therefore had a championship core

He gets hate for everything... He could save a child from a burning building and they would blame him for starting the fire.

There it is... Its true... Everyone blames him for going to a team and putting talent around himself but neither Jordan/Kobe would have ever done anything on that cavs team with the talent they had around James and both would have left without a 2nd thought

On point:

My, that was bracing! As if humanity needed more proof of Satan’s reach; more evidence that our notional Justice is but a flimsy scrim; another cruel joke at the expense of our fatuous refusal to embrace the sad truth that Mother Nature herself is just a nom de guerre for the hostile, hateful, unholy force that through the green fuse drives the flower, which — as Dylan Thomas, a huge NBA fan, maybe, had he lived, wrote — is also and forever our destroyer: The Miami Heat, beloved of the bath-salt zombies lurking under every overpass from Coconut Grove to Biscayne Bay, heroes to the half-wits who prefer gold to goodness, have won another crown.

You expected something else? You thought that Micky Arison, billionaire owner of the Heat and, as CEO of Carnival Cruise Lines, the global Duke of Dysentery, would come out adrift and stinking like his poop-cruise clientele? That some kindly basketball god would drive a stake through the lump of hardened pus that beats once per century in team president Pat Riley’s pallid, sunken chest? That the whore of Akron, LeBron James, would be repaid with anything but glory for his treachery? Wrong. Wrong. And wrong again.

Other than that, it was a pretty good night at the Raab house. The boy lit up his Xbox after the game to cleanse his NBA2K13 squad of the Heat’s Shane Battier, whom he traded for Luis Scola. That came not long after Earvin “Magic” Johnson told Dwyane Wade, “You are the most unselfish person on the face of this earth,” which offered what parenting experts in their idiocy might call a teaching moment, a chance to remind my son that there will never be any shortage of fools in this world and that despite the mountainous evidence of our ears and eyes, words still have meaning, or should.

Which reminds me that it would be wrong not to find a good word for the San Antonio Spurs, noble paragons of selfless play, a team in the truest sense, built upon the timeless bedrock virtues of sport at its sweaty, savvy best, who nevertheless choked on a championship in the waning seconds of Game 6, and thereby made possible — nay, inevitable — the triumph of evil.

Losers.

At this point, Scott Raab has become but a caricature of himself (the prototypical "jilted Cavs fan") and his shtick has grown dull and tiresome as a result, but man can that guy write.

People hate LeBron because LeBron snubbed their favorite teams in 2010.

I respect both kobe and LEbron as players, but as people they are terrible. They are the furthest from humble with the amount of success in an athletic game. These guys, athletes in general walk around like they own the Earth. Theres not an ounce in intelligence in their body and it shows with more than half of them going bankrupt after their career. It can even be said about players on the team i like. Lebron was recently trying to get interns to work for him, but refuses to offer pay for the job. Not even minimum wage bro, and he makes 17 million this season not including endorsements. Our society is f'ed because the doctors that save lives and study years to preserve our existence don't make half of what players who have veterens minimum contracts get paid

How he left was just all types of stupid and that's why he gets so much hate. Also if that rumor involving the mma guy is true that won't help

People hate LeBron because LeBron snubbed their favorite teams in 2010.

There were only 3-4 teams that could have got him there are a lot of people that don't like him and have no affiliation to those team
