If the Spurs can end it next game and Green goes off again it has to be him. I wonder what the vegas odds were for him winning it before the series :laugh2:

Mean Danny Green

Duncan: 15.6ppg, (48% from the field) 11.2rpg, 1.8bpg
Parker: 16.2ppg, 6.6apg
Green: 18.0ppg, Finals rec 25 3FGM (65.8% 3FG)
Leonard 12.2ppg (50.2% from the field), 10.2 rpg, 2spg

I think for the Spurs, if they win it could be which of these guys plays best in the clincher.

For Miami, I think it's Lebron, or Wade. Depending on who plays better in the last 2 games if it ends up going 7. If Wade plays better in 7, I could see him getting it.

Danny Green deserves to win this, but I think it will be TP.

So far, Danny Green.

If the Spurs win, definitely him.

If Miami wins, it'll have to be Lebron. Why? Because they're not winning the finals unless Lebron puts up two historical games on Tuesday/Thursday.

Wow. I really can't choose. All 4 have had major impacts on the series
it could be Green's impressive D that gives him the nod

It seems as though the award will go to Green, but Parker is the leader of the team, he's the teams best player and he deserves it more imo.

i want it to be danny "automatic" green.. but i think TP will win it..

I have a feeling Duncan puts up a monster double double next game and Green is held somewhat in check (you would hope Miami would put someone other than Wade's lazy *** on him so he doesn't have a field day). If Spurs close it out in 6 and that happens, we will probably see Co-MVPs. I think we probably will see that anyway with TP/TD and Green.

If Danny Green makes another 4-6 3 pointers in a game 6 win, its him.

he would be the the only role player to receive such an honor... if not, then it should be shared by the team or given to pop or tmac.

I will say Green has been impressive, if he wins it he would certainly be deserving. Parker though is literally unstoppable. He can seemingly penetrate at will and really does what needs to be done, score if they need a bucket, hit an open guy after penetrating etc.

He has been so impressive all year. Duncan has been good against an abysmal Heat Front Court but if the series ended today I would likely go:

Parker
Green
Duncan

For me, Parker has been outstanding but Danny Green really played out of this world. He's shooting like he's from that Mavs team in 2011. Unbelievable.

if it goes to online voting, maybe a lot of fans will root for Green.Besides 3pt shots, he just got 3PPG. so miraculous!
but basketball wise, when it comes to overall contribution, def TP.
but NBA is after all a business, it is a pity that TP got hurt.Maybe Stern will make Green FMVP to catch the eyeballs? who knows?
sad for My Bron if Spurs win it all:(

Danny Green deserves to win this, but I think it will be TP.

Unless Green goes cold, if SA wins it, he wins Finals MVP.

LeBron for the Heat.

it'll be tp,but green should get it(rarely goes to roleplayers) and timmy has the stats to get it as well but they've been a very quiet 16/11 or something like that

I would love to see the Spurs accept the MVP as a team trophy...I mean if you really think about it, each player has contributed in a huge way. Duncan and Parker doing there usual thing and leading the team, Neal and Green shooting lights out, Manu looking like the Manu of 5 years ago, there are just so many guys that you could say should win it.

But yea Danny Green

Definately Green should get it if the Spurs win game 6 and he makes his shots. It's amazing what a guy like that can do. I don't think the Spurs would have had a chance in this series if it weren't for that hot 3 point shooting. It's like last years finals.. 2 great teams but Battier and Mike Miller went off from 3. It really makes a huge difference.

T-Mac or Juwan Howard

All kidding aside, it has to be TP. I don't expect Green to be as hot in Miami but I do expect Tony Parker to have the greatest game of his entire career in Game 6
