i think the heat will take this one at home. they'll play with urgency and up the intensity on defense as well as being more aggressive attacking the rim on offense. the spurs will be in it the whole way again i think, but this time the heat don't have a disaster of a 4th quarter and hang on, can't let them steal another one.

Based on what?

lol of course if San Antonio wins game 2 they will most likely win the series seeing as how every team that won the first two road games of the finals won the series. Can't really base anything off Miami winning game 2 though.

Because if the Spurs can't put the nail in the coffin today why would they do it if they were up 2-1 or tied 3-3? Many teams have had opportunities to smash the Heat. Bulls up 1-0. Pacers tied 3-3. Nobody has been able to hammer them.

Both of those teams were weak eastern conference teams that didn't even win 50 games in the regular season. lol The caliber of the Spurs and the other teams out west compared to the east is a joke. Also have to figure for the 2-3-2 format as well.

Joey Crawford working the game tonight. Never mind conspiracy theory stuff, does anyone really think that Joey has earned this? He's been consistently terrible for so long, how does he keep getting these assignments!? I'll take it a step further. Forget that it's Joey Crawford for a minute. Does anyone think that man in his 60's should be working a finals game of the hardest major sport to officiate?

Simple plays Miami isn't making, no clue why Wade went for the alley-oop instead of trying to finish at the rim and at the very least get a foul called. This is the finals, can't waste possessions.

Still don't get how Leonard gets a rebound over Bosh. That play wasn't a personnel issue as much as it was effort. That just can't happen. Then Green hits a 3 on the next play. When the margin of error is this small plays like that can be huge. San Antonio is turning the ball over more ( not that I expected only 4 TO's this game anyway).

It looked like Manu threw it off his leg. Didn't look like the defender extended his leg. Not sure you can call a kick ball when the defender doesn't make a kicking motion.

That was a backcourt violation. Spurs have no chance. Joey Crawford is on a mission 2nite

I just rewinded and played it in slow mo then paused it when the ball left his hand and his foot hadn't yet hit the backcourt. It was close but good no call. But the officiating is still poop right now.

Man it's eerie how similar this looks like 2007 in terms of how they are defending Lebron. Yes he's a better player, but it's almost the same thing through 5 quarters. He has to work so hard for everything, I like getting Wade going early though. Cause that's something that Lebron did not have then, and it will certainly take some pressure off
