Since people don't want to use coach thread I guess I'll make this it's own thread. Shaw specifically is waiting for the Clippers before looking at other teams.

It makes perfect sense he probably misses LA and it would be the perfect job for him.

Yea the LA Connection is strong here. Good fit. Right now he's the coach I want the Nets to get if not Hollins because of the great reviews he's gotten from players. I'd prefer him over JVG to be honest.

Whoever gets him will improve instantly. He's a big reason Paul George has turned into what he is today.

THIS also....he's gotta remember he's an assistant with NO head coaching experience going up for jobs against guys with established playoff success. Apparently the Clippers have been connected to JVG, Hollins, George Karl and Byron Scott. He's going to be a big under dog against those guys.

He's the guy I wanted after Jackson retired and after Brown was fired. Bad move on the Lakers side for sure.

I thought this guy was going to be the Lakers next head coach, but Jim Buss happened.

Would love him in Brooklyn, but I totally get the whole LA connection. Hope he gets the best opportunity he can.

Vince Goodwell literally knows nothing. He is a hack.

Seems like a terrible pairing if they plan on keeping Paul. The triangle offense isn't fitting for the best PG in the league.
