Lance Blanks will no longer serve as general manager of the Phoenix Suns.

“Lance has been a trusted friend and colleague,” said Suns President of Basketball Operations Lon Babby. “I thank him personally and professionally for his hard work on behalf of the Suns. We will continue to prepare for the offseason even as we look for his replacement.”

Blanks was originally named to the post on Aug. 5, 2010, after serving in the front offices of the Cleveland Cavaliers and San Antonio Spurs. Replacement ideas?

Rumors are Grant Hill and Charles Barkley as GM (Though Barkley was more due to him saying earlier in the year that he'd be interested).
Head Coaching rumor was Mike Brown but he turned it down to talk with the Cavs.

Phil Jackson sounds right as a GM. He's a winner and knows what it takes to build a championship team. I don't think he has any interest in coaching anymore after the Lakers-D'Antoni deal.

If they're looking for a coach who's going to hold players accountable, I think they should go for Stan Van Gundy. Good coach and is a guy who's going to say what's on his mind.
