Why harp on the negative? I'd rather remember the positive from when he was a really good young PG/SG to him turning his life around and getting married again.

If you'd like to just sugarcoat life, we can just gloss over the negatives even though they seem like the majority of his story. Not every athlete is an inspirational story, some are lives of mistakes for younger people to learn from...

Not every athlete is an inspirational story, some are lives of mistakes for younger people to learn from...Including some of the positives of his life is not sugar coating his life in my opinion. Harping only on the negative is not the way I look at any person or situation. I was a big Ray Williams fan. Ray and Sugar Ray were some of the only bright spots us Knicks fans had for a few years.
