Since ABA doesn't exist anymore and the league merged with NBA, why doesn't NBA use those basketballs during games? IMO, they look much cooler than the regular ball.

I'm afraid to ask what you had to google to get that picture. I hope it was just "aba basketball" but now I'm scared to type it in and find out.

I don't think it should be a permanent thing but if the NBAPA agreed to it, they should have maybe 10 retro days per year and use the old ball.
Or at the very least, play the all star game with it.
