True Story - My Senior Year I averaged about 3 MPG and one game we were down by 11 points with a little over a minute left so coach emptied the bench. I made 4/4 3-pointers and we were up by 1 with like 7 seconds left. Coach called a TO and put the starters back in, the inbounds pass was stolen and the other team made a layup to win it. I was pissed.

On the bright side my PPG average doubled that day (from 0.9 to 1.8).

So yeah, I'm pretty boss.

Back when Tim Hardaway was a 23/10 solid efficiency 3rd year player for the Warriors, he went 0-17 from the field (the most field goals ever taken without a make) for 2 total points (off FT's), but had 13 assists -- and the Warriors still won. Mullin crushed it 36 and 7 with 5 stls + 4 blocks.

I was pretty mad. We weren't that good though. The year before we had this 6'7" guy and went to the State tournament (I wasn't Varsity at that point) but he graduated and we stunk. I wanna say we won 3 games all year.

One time I was in and the other teams shot went off the side of the backboard and flew right at my face, I insitnctively put my hands up and caught the ball but I had one foot out of bounds so it was a TO...

The 5X5 is impressive, but I gotta go with the quadruple-double. Hakeem, Thurmond and Robinson of course, but perhaps most impressive was Alvin Robertson who is the only player to pull it off with steals instead of blocks.

There were a couple of games back in the day when, as a Pistons fan/Jordan-hater, I would bring up the fact that Jordan had got a "triple-double" with points, missed FGs and turnovers... the Jordan nut huggers never liked that... lol.

And this season Vucevic had a game where he got double digit offensive boards and defensive boards, which I still think should count as a triple-double... lol.

My last pickup game I was playing 2v2 and my teammate sucked. Needless to say, for a 5'11 white Italian kid who was the chubby dude in his teens, from my frame, energy, and skill I'm rather menacing from all aspects of the game lol.

I ended that 2v2 game with ridiculous penetration, rebounding, and ending the game 5/5 from NBA-3pt land, with a hand in my face each time.

I'm actually training to dunk right now. Because if I can dunk, forget about it. And I'm almost 25 with a Bucket List that's always expanding. I gotta work at it but i'm definitely looking forward to showing some videos of me.
