The 76ers and center Andrew Bynum are considering arthroscopic surgery on the player's right knee in order to clean out loose cartilage, a procedure that could likely end the season for the center they traded so many young assets to acquire, according to sources with knowledge of the situation. - See more at: http://www.prosportsdaily.com/articles/sixers-andrew-bynum-considering-knee-surgery-235563.html#sthash.iVaUAMYA.dpuf

They aren't making the playoffs anyways, so not sure it matters much.

why are you saying he stealing money from the 76ers? it aint his fault he is injury prone. the 76ers knew that and took the risk. its just too bad it sucked for them.

Maybe a mod can merge all the Bynum threads before it gets too late.

Agreed, the Sixers traded for a guy who has multiple knee injuries and required another knee surgery this past summer. Bynum has also always been a guy of questionable motivation, so if he re-aggravated the injury or whatever, I still blame the Sixers because none of this is news to anyone.

I think Bynum should call it quits. In raptors land this is equivalent to a linas kleiza (LK) recurring knee injury problem that will never really end once it commences its over, unfortunately.

The only team that can fix Bynum is the Suns.

But I don't think I want him on our team...

Where are those people who were bashing the Magic for not getting Bynum?

Orlando ended up with a good deal, while Philly got screwed.

Surgery wont fix his knees it might help for a season or 2 but it will make it worse down the road what he really needs to do is Swim Swimming slows arthritis down considerably.

Bynum may as well remove his leg all together and learn how to play on a peg.

A peg with a bowling ball shoe would be funny.
