With coach K retiring, who takes over??

I think Collins and Rivers are the first 2 that come to mind.

Thibs, so he can yell at everyone for not playing D.

Doc has the best relationship with the stars in this league, I think its his to lose. If Pop wants it, that will make things interesting though. Doc schmoozes with all the superstars though so I think he'll get it.

Probably John Capillari.

NBA coaches won't take the job cause its a lot of work added on plus they would not want to upset another from a different team by not giving them much minutes or something.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Billy Donovan. He's currently the U-19 USA Basketball team coach and I could see him taking over the National Team. And Shaka Smart for a Defensive assistant. Could you imagine players like LeBron running his HAVOC defense?

Think about this, the last team loved K. We want the most players to return and play for USA as possible, so why not hire a great coach who actually played for K and now is a great coach in the NBA?

Collins.

Who will it be? Coach K of course.

I've heard Colangelo already told him that its there for him, and he has not turned it down yet.

But if not, I would personally love to see Phil or Popovich, with Boeheim as a dark horse.

Really think it would be DOC, or a guy like Nate Mcmillan (who has been in the program for a long time).
