I can't believe this crap. Bucks give up good young pieces so whitey can rot behind "miss 3 free throws" in a row Ellis...

Milwaukee's final offer to Atlanta was Ekpe Udoh, Luc Mbah-Moute, Beno Udrih and a protected first round pick for Josh Smith.

Need one of the NY tabloids to jump on it. "BUCK OFF: HAWKS' FERRY PULLS OUT OF 3-WAY"

That is a pretty weak offer, I would not have accepted either. I'm sure no one believes Atlanta will win a championchip this year, but they are a playoff team and losing Smith would hurt their chances to at least win a round.

I thought they were offering Monta? If that was the final offer the Hawks are better off letting him walk and using cap space for something rather than taking out the Bucks garbage.

Bucks needed Smith. They need to make basketball relevant. They should of offered more. Monta is really not very good and JJ would of filled his role just fine.
Sanders
Smith
Ilyasova
JJ
Jennings.

That's a decent team with playoffs written all over it.

Was Luther Head part of the deal?

ATL could of used some Head in their rotation IMO

They were probably ugly, and regretted it.

Atlanta could have used JJ Re DICK in the trade as well. Seriously the Bucks offer was horrid a final one at that. The 1st was probably top 16 protected which just reeks the deal furthermore.

explain to me how letting him walk for nothing is better when they're no bad contracts.

So I should thank ATL for screwing my Magic by not making the deal and watching my Magic make a stupid deal with the Bucks?

Payback for Henigan saying he didn't want to deal Dwight in the same division when Ferry made an offer last summer.

That is just a rule of thumb that you dont deal within the division and you try to deal outside your conference when its a good player.

Pretty sure that the Magic deal didn't happen because ATL pulled out. Milwaukee would've wanted both. If anything, that ATL/MIL deal would've made them more keen to get Redick.

Didn't say he was wrong, just said it was payback.

The Magic fan was mad they traded JJ for the trash Orlando got back. Atlanta can sign much better players than what the Bucks offered anyways. I myself could find better big man talent in the 2nd round than Udoh for goodness sakes.

he won't walk for nothing he will be S&T during the summer... and that package was basically garbage...

whoever he signs with will probably NEED a S&T to get where he wants to go

Actually, not surprised Ferry didn't bite

that is not true at all with st and st are never better than straight up trades

I'm glad we didn't trade him for nothing. Shows that we won't fold just because we MIGHT lose him in the summer. Might as well keep him this season instead of receiving crap.

your opinion... obviously Ferry agrees with me or he would have been traded
