Background: Few acquaintances believe Durrant is top 50 right now because I cannot name atleast 20 players better than him in NBA history. Can you? Is he top 50 right now?

If he were to retire today? Probably not, but at the pace he's going at he'll definitely be top 50 when he retires.

Man, Durant is going to be a top 10 when he retires. You can bet on it, this kid will win at least 7 scoring titles and a few MVP's. If LBJ wasn't in this league, KD would be winning everything right now.

MVP
Scoring title
FINALS MVP

This kid can and will win it all in the near future.

Bold predictions... It's not that easy to win championships, not saying he doesn't have the chance of course he does, but nothing is a given in this league

Is LeBron a top 10 player of all time? If people are saying KD is having a better season at age 24, arguably not even his prime, what makes you think KD can't be a top 10?

Age 24- has a good 8-10 years.

3 scoring titles.
2nd best player in the game.

I don't see a competition other than James. If KD can win some rings and keep up the pace, there is no doubt he's a top 10. He's the best scorer in the game ever.

KD is the man as long as he stays with the Thunder I think he will be a top 10 player. I couldnt see him anywhere else.

In the event that KD doesn't win a title but he maintains this pace, is a 15+ time all-star, wins a few MVPs and finishes at least in front of MJ on the all-time scoring list, where would you guys rank him in the top 50?
