im not sure if you guys have heard, but carlos boozer is back  went for 36 points 12 rebounds tonight on 16-24 shooting.

my man is averaging 22 points 11 rebounds his past 10 games. He also leads the league in double doubles. get this man on the all star team already! he has even improved his defense surprisingly. ever since boozer has been in chicago, he has never been as aggressive as he is now. its like watching prime utah boozer. he has finally learned how to play with joakim noah down low. him and rose will be a nasty duo when rose returns.

I think Boozer is playing fantastic right now, definitely the best as a Bull since late December. He doesn't actually lead the league in 2x2 IIRC, but he does lead the Eastern Conference in 2x2. Hopefully the Bulls keep playing this way when Rose comes back because they are gonna be a tough out in the playoffs.

not having "the big flaccid" andrea barnani is actually helpful on defense

We are also missing Valanciunas

and Amir Johnson has rolled his ankle 3 times this season and is playing injured.

 I'm sorry but this is quite hilarious.

Anyway, Boozer has been doing this against much better teams than the Raptors. Good to see him get some recognition for his recent play.

you might also expect him to fade away as well in the next few weeks. You just pray he plays like this in the playoffs. Hasn't he had this type of run before in short spurts for the Bulls? This is nothing new.

actually he hasn't , and it's the bulls fault for not trying to feed boozer early . When Boozer gets established early 90% he is going to have a very good game ; plus he is showing an actual effort on defense for the 1st time as a bull. This without a doubt his best stretch as a bull.

How is this different then the 5,000 Jeremy Lin threads? Or the 5,000 Carmelo Anthony threads? Or Kobe and any player on the heat threads?

because a) jeremy lin was a sensation you do not see often b) carmelo is a legitimate MVP candidate. What's an aging PF whose having a good stretch to those discussions? But yea, lets continue discussing this brilliant 10 game stretch clearly no other player will/have experience(d).

you're crying way too much , not baiting just stating the obvious dont like what's being posted there is no need to display your displeasure over and over. We get it you dont care but commenting like you care. Some people might actually care outside of the Bulls community thats why it was posted here for those who might .

Pretty small community if you ask me (as per this thread). But this is really irrelevant to the NBA, as this is an NBA forum.

Boozer yes hasnt been playing up to the 20 and 10 average but his stats arent that far away miles away from his stats from his UTAH days ; plus contract looks like gold compared to what Amare got and his production.

if its so irrelvant why are you keeping it alive buy voicing how trash this thread is ? Plus any NBA player in the NBA doing something good is "NBA news" just saying .

Somebody needs to tell you how pointless this is, so next time you (or anybody else) won't do such pointless things- and I am just saying. Hopefully lesson is learned.

If I were a Bulls fan, and I am, I wouldn't brag about Booz until he plays a vital role in getting us past the ECF. Until then, until he plays consistently well in the playoffs like he's proven he can play consistently well in the regular season, I'm going to cross my fingers.

Your A is very weak. He was really only a sensation in NY and for only 10 games as well. Lin didn't really do anything that spectacular unless you consider shooting 46% and having a ridiculous turnover ratio sensational.

I fully know that, but seeing a person of Asian descent getting that kind of media attention isn't often heard of. In those parts, it was sensational.
