Utah is going to be tough game for my Heat. Al Jefferson, Paul Millsap, Derrick Favors, and Enes Kanter.......all bigs that can give us fits. We gotta compete on the glass. Can't get out rebounded 54-28 and expect to win.

yeah definitely gotta do a better job on the glass, but if the defense shows up like it has the last few games then miami should be alright regardless by forcing turnovers and plenty of missed shots.

As do I bro, more than ever!

For $15 on Bobcats, Jazz and Bulls... Paying $2,000 if I win

Bobcats are paying $13 for a win so I've got $15 on an outright win there too

Rockets up 60-50 at the half over the Grizzlies.

Grizzlies have limited opponents to under 100 points for the last 23 consecutive games.

#1 points allowed vs #2 points scored in the NBA.

Interesting game so far. Memphis wants half-court, Rockets keep pushing transition/perimeter. :D

Back to back for Memphis its Killing ZBO and Gasol who are fat and out of shape. They need to get back defense especially ZBO.

Also the Grizz have lost 12 straight in houston :(

Yeah back-2-backs aren't a good indication for the Grizz. Great game by the Rockets, but those two bigs struggle playing in consecutive nights. Good news for them is that they never have to in the playoffs.

Really??? ZBo is in the best shape of his life and Marc is neither fat.
Houston is shooting 48-50% from 3 point range and been to the line with 20 of 24 to Memphis' 7 of 9.
this is one of those special nights in Houston and is not because of being out of shape. Really...........

Yah, the Rockets are a very interesting team.

They won't make a lot of noise in the play offs, but if they keep developing they could be a tough out for some of the older teams.

Looking solid for the youngest team in the NBA.

who cares, he's the go to option on his own team, he's gonna have great nights due to the volume of shots/touches he gets as well as bad nights. wade is a master of efficiency himself shooting something like 64% over the last 7 games as well as a better defender.

harden is good, but his numbers are up now that he has his own team. wades are down now that he has lebron and bosh just like harden's weren't as good last year with westbrook and durant on his team. its situational, wade would put up those games if he were on his own again no question.

so far this season he's a top 5 scorer, and averaging 17 FGA and scoring 25 PPG. I know one thing, he has a better elbow jumper and 3 pt. shot than Wade ever did.

plus you can say Wade's numbers are down b/c of LeBron, I can tell you Harden's numbers were down b/c he was a 6th man. But either way you can't ever tell me Wade was a better pure shooter. His name Flash was made up b/c he'd finish at the rim and that was the majority of his offense.

where did i say wade was a better shooter? wades just the better player period. you can say outside shooting for harden, but wade has him at practically every single other facet of the game. and harden can be a good shooter all he wants, its still only translating into 43% on the year so far and hes only been over 44% once in his career. so don't just point to one great game and bow down to him like he's god lol.

again who cares, he's shooting 43.6% from the field, wade at 23 shot 47.8% and now at 30 is at 51%. harden is taking 4 more fts and almost 3 more shots per game than wade this year and that's why he averages more points. harden's the better jumpshooter i readily admit that, and i'm not saying he isn't good. i'm just saying people over react and have short memories. he's not better than wade yet, that's just reality.

well than he wrong there if he trolling. I literally think Harden is better. More efficient, and at a younger age. I heard the Wade was 4% better, keep in mind teams were doubling Shaq and majority of Wade's finishes was at the rim in the 1/2 court sets.

wade had a better midrange game back then compared to now actually which is weird. now he is much better in the post however. anyways shooting and fg% aside wade is a more complete player, better rebounder, passer, defender, so i really don't see how harden can be considered better. wade's numbers at hardens age are better, and his numbers now are almost exactly equal per 36 since he plays less minutes.

here are their per 36 numbers since harden plays 39 min/gm and wade 32 along with wades at age 23. keep in mind wade is just now rounding into form after offseason knee surgery and these numbers are hurt by a few uncharacteristic poor games.

wade - 21.9 ppg - .512 fg% - 4.2 reb - 5.0 ast - 1.4 stl - .7 blk - 2.7 to

You can talk career stats all day, but this is Harden's 1st year as a starter and as a go to guy. He has taken the role and ran with it. Also he came to the team late and they are all just learning each other. Chemistry is getting there, watch out for Houston. Oh yea, Wade hasn't done much with a team without a futer HOF player with him.. Has he?

Couldn't respond to mine?

didn't see it because i was working on the last post. but this is harden's 4th year in the league, at 23 wade was only in his 2nd season. the starter thing is crap he played starters minutes in okc, and had plenty of times where he was the go to guy running the offense when westbrook and durant were resting. and you can say what you want about wade not doing crap without a HOF player but just look how dominant he was vs boston in that series in 09 before lebron came. yeah they lost in 5 but harden could only dream of having a series like that. and harden was terrible on the big stage last year vs wade and with HOF help. wade was amazing on that same stage at only 24 so we'll see what harden does from here on out.

Oh it was definitely a legit win for the Lakers. It's not like the Lakers played their best game either. I am honestly surprised they won with the amount of shots Kobe took tonight, and the lack of D for 3 quarters.

This team has a habit of only playing the final 12 minutes - luckily this didn't bite them in the *** this time. Experience played a factor for sure in this one as well. You could easily tell once it hit OT - especially on that last possession by the Warriors.

Yes, he's having a reduced role all year long. I'm fine with it, if he does what it takes to win games. I'm no basher. It's just that the Lakers could be so much more with all their interior weapons. I'm more worried about their chemistry and depth though.

About Hill: His offensive rebounding and scoring in the fourth did do it. Nash and Mettas three pointers were great too but they only balanced whatever Golden State did. To get there was the key, and Hill did get them there, first of all, while Lakers D watched them score in awe most times. With such players on the roster being unable to defend (don't tell me about foul trouble, I'm talking about most other games too)... man... big trouble but credit to GS they are massive, canny troublemakers.

About Nash: It's been his first game. Give Lakers more time. They'll figure it out. Most of it but I don't expect wonders.
