View Full Version : Line of the night: Dec. 18th

The Bulls came away with a win over the Celtics behind a triple-double from Noah. The Wizards likewise got a triple-double from Jordan Crawford, but failed to capitalize on in and fell to the Atlanta Hawks. The Pacers fell to the Bucks as Jennings scored a game-high 34 points. Kevin Love had a horrid shooting night despite being a monster on the boards as the T-Wolves fell to the defending champion* Miami Heat. The Bobcats gave the Lakers quite a scare by nearly beating them, though they eventually fell to the Lakers by a single point (I guess ĎAntoniís job is safe for another day). Dwight and Kobe had big nights. Interesting stat, Kobe lead his team in attempted FGs for the 26th straight time this season. Anthony Davis finally returned to the line for the Hornets and gave them a big lift, but they still lost to the Warriors who were led by David Lee who failed to get a double-double for the first time in over a month. The Spurs nearly got a 30/20 game from Duncan (who was also 3 steals shy of a 5X5 game as well), but still fell to the Nuggets. The Mavs beat the 76ers who are on a bit of a skid now. In the battle of the cellar dwellers the Raptors came away with a win over the Cavs despite strong games from Anderson-V and Kyrie Irving. And the Jazz beat the Nets.

*Indicated championships won during a lock-out shortened season in which Dwight Howard and Derrick Rose both missed the playoffs due to injury.

I went with Duncan. I know Crawford will be the popular choice, but if you add up his assists and rebounds and put that next to Duncan, he actually got less than Dunca, while scoring less and getting no steals and blocks while Duncan got 5 blocks and two steals. I think Duncan had a better night.

It's gotta be Duncan.

Can't believe Duncan is still doing it, but he is.

Kevin love kinda reminds me of Duncan. not super great athleticism, but just has a knack to get in great positions for rebounding. Zach randolph too but this night has to go to Duncan

Only player 36 years of age in history to put up 30+ points 15+ rebounds +5 assists and 5+ blocks.

Would've been better if they came away with a W, but on a b2b he played fantastic on both ends.

How often do you see a line of 1-18-3?

Can't say no to a trip dub

There is no need for an asterisk. That's ridiculous.
