What trade can you think of is fairest in terms of impact?

For me: jamison for stack and devin harris.

Jamison became an allstar for washington
Stack and devin became integral to dallas contention.

What do you guys think?

Yeah that jamison/stackhouse trade was alright.

Another one I can think of is Mike Bibby for Jason Williams. The Grizzlies had just moved to Memphis from Vancouver and that franchise/city needed a spark of excitement. Jason Williams was the main attraction and put memphis on the map with his fancy play while Bibby was the missing piece for a Sacramento team that would have won the 2002 championship (in Bibby's first year as a king) if the refs didn't give the lakers the win in game 6 of the WCF.

It was a trade that worked out great for both franchises

Bynum for Howard

As of now, that trade made every team involved worse......

Orlando Magic- got significantly worse. No longer playoff team.

LA- looks awful. fighting for a playoff spot.

Denver- have been bad so far (schedule tough but still)

The Harden Trade.
As much as i cursed when it went down looking back now Kevin Martin has filled in nicely and gives the Thunder young assets and picks + flexibility and Rockets got the Guy they needed in Harden to keep them relevant.

I think the Carmelo trade was pretty good for Denver. It's never easy to get a good return for a superstar.

The Gasol Trade

Lakers win 2 championships with Pau and the Grizz get Marc plus a ton of cap space to get Zbo and are now looking like contenders in their own right

In recent history. The Melo deal. Knicks got the star they wanted, Denver still competitive. That is all teams can ask for when trading a star caliber player.

It maybe, specially now that memphis is looking like a contender with those 2 and pau and the lakers in shambles.

I think the Matt Carroll/Hakim Warrick trade was fair.

Garnett/Jefferson+ was a great trade. Minny got a lot of great pieces (which they miss used) and Boston got a championship out of the deal.

The Melo trade worked out pretty well for both teams, Denver got to move forward while getting some nice young pieces while NY, once they got rid of that hirrid coach, has become better since.

All kinds of fair trades really.
