Imo next 5 championships will be between Heat, Thunder and Spurs.

When Rose comes back, he will need to go ******* for the bulls to win against Miami, which I don't see happening. I don't see Knicks beating Miami either. The only team in the east I think can threaten Miami is Boston. So the next 5 years I see Miami in the finals.

From the West there are couple of teams who can compete to be in the finals: Thunder, Spurs, Clippers and Grizzlies. However I see the first 2 dominating others.

I guess Tyson melo amare and slump need to sit out and Knicks still beat you by 20 to give them credibility.

After being embarrassed twice you think heat fans would be a little more humble. Guess I was wrong.

I can't even see who is going to win it this year, let alone 5 years from now. I mean, the trade deadline isn't even come and gone yet so any number of moves can be made from now until then. And to guess next year and the following three as well? there's no way anybody can guess that and be right without also being lucky. I mean, OKC has most of their key guys under contract, so it looks like they will be contenders for that long barring injury, but, I mean, there are teams that are in the lottery now that could be contending for a title in two years if they make the right draft picks.

That said, the west, I think, considering how poorly LAL is playing, is between OKC, SA and MEM (no offence Clippers, you guys got a shot to, but I'm leaning toward these three). In the East, all I can see is Miami coming out on top there. NY and BK have a shot though, but BK is going to need to see several of the guys earnign rediculous paychecks improve their game to compete in a playoff series against a team as good as the Heat or even Celtics for that matter (D-Will FG% will need to go up, and Lopez's rebounding needs some improvements as well). ATL has a great record right now, but I suspect that the trade deadline will see them makes some moves that will likley not be for short-term improvement. And even though Boston's record is not as good as BK and NY, I'd still likely favour them in a 7 game series against both those teams with NY having the better chance to come out on top.

If I had to put money down, I'd say it would be an OKC/MIA finals with OKC coming out on top.

People saying Miami are insane, as I've been saying, (as Wade turns 30 next month) the Heat can't win titles with a Wade on the upside of 30. 7 championships would have them winning one with Wade at age 36...

If the Heat don't win this year, than they won't after.

Surviving in the past if you think Miami's defense is as good as it was last year. You have no interior defense. You added offensive three point threats in Lewis and Allen and they both give up just as much points as they make for you. Its not a surprise that the heat are losing to bigger teams.

Wait a minute, we had interior defense last year? Last I checked, this is the same roster with added offensive weapons and versatility. Joel Anthony is virtually our only interior defender and he hasn't gotten enough consistent minutes up until recently, and its made a difference. You know nothing about Miami.

Joel Anthony was a starter last year along with bosh. You had interior defense. You didn't play small ball until the playoffs when injuries happened. This isn't the same starting lineup from last season. You have no interior defense. You supplement interior defense by over playing passing lanes which in turn leaves the three ball open all game. It was't a coincidence that the Knicks smacked you twice by hitting the three ball. They took what you ga've them.

I'm questioning if you know anything about basketball or are you simplying blinded by your homer goggles.

They were still an elite defensive team with Bosh at C and Joel not even getting playing time in the playoffs, so again, you have NO clue what you're talking about. Also, do you really think shooting 37-80 from 3pt territory will hold up over the course of a 7 game series? Hate to break it to you, but that's not really how the league works. It's called regression to the mean, regardless if some of those looks are open or not

You can question my basketball knowledge all you want to. Still doesn't take away from the fact that Miami is still adjusting their lineups and building the right habits defensively. They've acknowledged it's an issue, and they're working hard to rectify it. You'll probably dismiss this, but hey I should come to expect that from you. Too bad......

2012-2013. Heat- Lebron 2nd Championship

2013-2014. Thunder- Durant establishes a post-up game (just like Lebron did when he won in 11-12)

2014-2015. Nets- w/ Lebron (he opts out of Miami after losing in the ESF/ECF and realzing the Heat are going downhill with an aging Wade. Signs with Brookyln to replace Humphries contract) (3rd Championship)

4. Nets- w/ Lebron (4th Champtionship)

5. Clippers- w/ Wade (Wade stays with Miami an extra year due to loyalty but then opts out and signs with the Clippers to join CP3 and Griffin)

I am glad your at their practice sessions where you know they have acknowledged their defensive efficiencies and are working on righting the ship lmao.... I think anyone can say that after how poor their defense has been but hey when you sign one trick ponies you cant expect them to learn defense.

I would love to sig bet you. The team that knocks out the Heat from the playoffs you have to wear their team design for the remainder of the following season. If the Heat repeat I will wear any heat designed sig for all of next year that you choose.

Kidd and Tyson have already smoked u guys in the NBA finals once so why won't they be able to do it again in the eastern conference finals. Yeah kind of a stupid comparison huh?!

I mean if your so confident that it will happen lets sig bet this.
Whatever bro. I'm not looking to you for validation about my team. I know the Heat are most likely going to be there in the end, right up there with the Knicks. You've already proven that you know nothing about the team or its players...good day sir.

You know your like Bulls fans from 2010-2011. They were blabbering how Bulls are gonna beat Miami in the playoffs after they went 3-0 against us in the regular season. They ended up losing to Miami 4-1 in ECF. So hold your horses, please.

Yeah and I guess the Bulls also smashed u guys without Rose, Deng and Noah. I mean come on now you are making a dumb comparison. How about I make when for u. Kidd and Tyson have already smoked u guys in the NBA finals once so why won't they be able to do it again in the eastern conference finals. Yeah kind of a stupid comparison huh?! I mean people need to get over this putting the Heat on a pedestal crap because they are a beatable team especially with a declining Dwayne Wade!
You're stating the obvious here. Of course the Heat are beatable. Every team in this league is. I don't like the Bulls-Knicks comparison either for what it's worth.....NY can actually score the ball and get points consistently from other guys. NY also isn't as good defensively as that Bulls team was.

I don't do childish sig bets bro...I'm very confident in my team, you're in no position to imply that I'm not.

I guess this is what happens when trolls like this is deprived of good basketball from his team for over two decades. Bye now....

The one thing I like about the Knicks is their ball movement and balance throughout the roster.

The only thing that pushes me away from crowning them too much is the amount of three's they take. It's the same issue I have with my own team. They're shooting it a high clip right now, but that stuff evens out in the end in this league. It emphasizes how important Amare might be when he gets back.

I guess Tyson melo amare and slump need to sit out and Knicks still beat you by 20 to give them credibility.

After being embarrassed twice you think heat fans would be a little more humble. Guess I was wrong.

They won't be humble. You forget, Miami is GUARANTEED to turn it up once playoff basketball comes around, they're just going through the motions now.

No one wants to even think of the fact that Wade is aging and has had many offnights already this early season or the fact the Knicks have such a tremendous advantage with their frontline as the Heat really have no interior presence ATM. I won't even get into the depths of both teams/2nd units, there's no convo needed there.

The Heat are obviously the favorites, no question. But if they're more worried about the Celtics than the Knicks, than I don't know what to say. Everyone's entitled to their opinions I guess.

lol its cool defend your heat mod. He has a reputation for being a huge troll. He hasnt denied it. Its okay though he answered my question when he told me I knew nothing about basketball but he was afraid to take my sig bet.

He may not want to believe my opinion but he sure as hell knows what I am saying is correct for that matter.

You don't go into an offseason and ignore the issues at Center and just add another sf and sg. Bosh is not a center and its showing on the defensive end. At least Joel knew how to hack under the hoop to stop the easy layup. Heat lost their defensive edge when they went small.

As for the law of averages I agree to a point with the 3 not always falling but as many of the analysts have already said these are professional athletes and if you leave them wide open they are more likely to hit it then miss.

Heat have not guarded the 3 point line all season. You give a team 20 open looks they are going to hit more then half of them.

Dude it's December...you don't think it's a fixable problem? You continue to state the obvious, but have yet to even acknowledge that alot of it is a mental issue that can be rectified. No team is perfect...and that includes the Heat and your Knicks.
