Sure he has a rep for having an "attitude problem" but can it really be THAT bad? The guy is still a very serviceable combo guard, highly underrated, and yet he's still at home watching tv right now.

The Lakers would immediately upgrade their current 2 pointguards overnight if they just picked up the phone, called Delonte and signed him. What is taking so long?

I'm sure Kobe and Dwight would keep him in check. He cant possibly be that bad...

Delonte is indeed a solid player. Some teams could definitely use him.

He has some personal problems, we all know that. But he's still a serviceable player. In terms of the lakers, maybe they just didn't want another head case or a guy that could be perceived as a "baby" when they already have the most immature player in the league in dwight howard. Howard's lack of maturity and childish quotes in the media would be infectious to a guy like West.

Good question.... he's not thebest ball handler, but he plays D... oh wait, that's why... 'Antoni was probably like: We don't need that guy, he plays defence.

Seriously... this guy should have a job somewhere in the NBA

Delonte is bipolar, unfortunately refuses to get proper help. He's had so many problems on his own teams, teams probably just decided enough is enough.

Fantastic player, but he's not worth the baggage.

Someone will sign him soon. Lakers and Heat could use him. Although he is obviously not going to the Heat.

The problem is Delonte is he is a risk to stab his own teammates.

I have a good friend who is bi polar, he goes from emotional highs and lows at the drop of a dime. I can't imagine that kind of person in a locker room.

I can't see the Lakers not signing this guy, considering their current situation.

Well I am glad you just blatantly made that up.

Cousins has some mental/immaturity issues. Can I say he is at risk to murder anyone in the arena at any time?

I was just asking myself this question a few days ago. Def a solid addition to any playoff backcourt

he's bi-polar and always seems to cause locker room problems... also, gets a lot of conduct detrimental to the team days off... he's psycho...
