View Full Version : Wil LBJ Ever Win Another MVP?

Since it`s collectively agreed that Durant is a better now and will get MVP this season. If he does win MVP does that mean Lebron`s days of winning MVP are over?

He'll win this year.

I don't think it's at all collectively agreed that Durant is better now. In fact, I'd imagine the vast majority still feel it's LeBron.

I do think, considering how the MVP award is treated, that Durant is the better candidate this year. Maybe that's what you meant. But LeBron is still the best player in the NBA.

And I don't think we really can say right now. A lot can change. New stories can pop up.

He'll win this year.

Not with the media and PSD and Real GM backing Durant and Melo who are now considred better players by the majority

Durant is better than LeBron James now? That's alarming I haven't heard anyone echo those sentiments. He is a better position to win the MVP award that however doesn't make him the better player.

He won't win this year IMO unless Durant slows down or gets injured.

He'll win 1 more before he hits 31. By then, his window to win an MVP trophy would be small.

There should be a minimum amount of posts you have to have to post a thread in the NBA forum.

For sure.

He very might win it this year. I was thinking about it and durant has been a beast so far, but lebron is right there too, and miami has played bad. Miami is capable of going on a crazy run like winning 15 of 17 games, if they do that at the end of the season that can sway the vote. also like last season kd (i dont want to say stuggled becuase he was still crazy good) but his numbers dipped a little before the playoffs and okc lost a few games, that also played a role.

but yes, lebron will probably win 2 more mvps before his career is over.

Better question is now can he win another NBA title before his career is over

You and many others saying this over and over again won't influence the simple headed minds of the knuckleheads who run this forum.

Since when is it agreed upon Durant is the better player? The reason he will win it this year, is that he may be right on LeBron's heals, and the media loves new stories.

I'll say it again: Whenever prime LeBron James wants to be the best player on the court (or in the world), he will be the best player on the court (or in the world). And that's no disrespect to KD, who is also a beast.

That's how I feel, I feel that if Lebron doesn't win it then it could be that they are tired of voting for him. And its not like Durant wouldn't deserve it wither.

To answer your question, he'll probably win another one this year.

Fail. He should be able to win at least one more.

An even better question would be; "when will RocketLoc80 make another dumb thread? "

it is collectively agreed Lebron is the best player on the planet

It is collectively agreed KD is the second best player on the planet

Durant is the frontrunner for MVP this season right now, but I think Lebron will have it by the end of the season when the heat start rolling

Lebron is the best in the world when Lebron wants to be the best in the world, which is all the time.

I don't get why people think it's a lock this year.
The heat have to be the best team in the East for him to get it.

He'll probably win 2-4 more. I don't see anyone other than KD or Lebron winning the award for the next 5 years... Although, I wouldn't be surprised if someone like CP3 or Kyrie snuck in to get one in the upcoming years.

Where was that collective vote?? Must have only happened in NYC and OKC. Seriously though, both Melo and KD are having great seasons, but everyone knows they're watching one of the all time greats right now, right? Dude will probably win MVP this year and a few more after. I'm not even a fan but that **** is obvious
