MLB just released its annual report on the drug program. 18 positive MLB tests this year. 11 for stimulants, 7 for PEDs.

Meanwhile, 119 therapeutic use exceptions were granted. 116 for ADD, 2 for high blood pressure, one for the always-favorite hypogonadism

MLB issued record 116 exemptions for Adderall use last season, per report of independent drug program administrator, up from 105 in '11.

it's easy to read between the lines

116 players legally obtained a prescription for adrenal or ritalin. I'm not going to lie i legally obtained one my self to get through grad school. It happens its the doctors fault for giving the meds its not the patients fault for taking them.

Now we can say it ain't our fault if we never heard it
But if we know better, then we probably deserve it
